surely Thou didst set them in slippery places. Thou didst cast them down into destruction!
Surely thou settest them in slippery places: Thou castest them down to destruction.
Surely You set the wicked-minded and immoral on slippery places; You cast them down to destruction.
[After all] You do set the [wicked] in slippery places; You cast them down to ruin and destruction.
Surely thou didst set them in slippery places: thou castedst them down into destruction.
Indeed, you put them in slippery places; you make them fall into ruin.
Indeed, you put them in slippery places; you make them fall into ruin.
You will definitely put them on a slippery path; you will make them fall into ruin!
Indeed, you place them on a slippery slope and make them fall to their ruin.
You will make them stumble, never to get up again.
Truly thou settest them in slippery places, thou castest them down in ruins.
Remember this, the enemy hath reproached the Lord: and a foolish people hath provoked thy name.
Clearly, you have put them in danger. You make it easy for them to fall and be destroyed.
Yes, I realized that they are in a dangerous place, where they will easily slip. You will cause them to fall down to their death.
Surely you place them on slippery places. You cause them to fall into destruction.
Truly you set them in slippery places; you make them fall to ruin.
Truly you set them in slippery places; you make them fall to ruin.
You have put them in ·danger [L slippery places]; you cause them to ·be destroyed [L fall into disaster].
Surely thou hast set them in slippery places, and castest them down into desolation.
You put them in slippery places and make them fall into ruin.
You will put them in slippery places and make them fall to destruction!
Indeed, You put them in slippery places; You make them fall into ruin.
You have put them in danger. You cause them to be destroyed.
You have certainly set them in slippery places; you will make them fall to their ruin.
Surely thou didst set them in slippery places; in desolation thou shalt cause them to fall.
Surely thou didst set them in slippery places: thou castedst them down into destruction.
Surely thou didst set them in slippery places: thou castedst them down into destruction.
Surely You set them in slippery places; You cause them to fall to destruction.
Surely you set them on slippery places. You cause them to fall onto ruin.
What a slippery path they are on—suddenly God will send them sliding over the edge of the cliff and down to their destruction:
If I’d have given in and talked like this, I would have betrayed your dear children. Still, when I tried to figure it out, all I got was a splitting headache . . . Until I entered the sanctuary of God. Then I saw the whole picture: The slippery road you’ve put them on, with a final crash in a ditch of delusions. In the blink of an eye, disaster! A blind curve in the dark, and—nightmare! We wake up and rub our eyes. . . . Nothing. There’s nothing to them. And there never was.
Surely You have set them in slippery places; You have brought them down to ruin.
You put them in slippery places and make them fall into ruin.
You set them, indeed, on a slippery road; you hurl them down to ruin.
You indeed put them on slippery ground; You dropped them into ruin.
Surely You set them in slippery places; You cast them down to destruction.
Indeed, you set them on a slippery slope and cast them headlong into utter ruin.
You have put them in danger; you cause them to be destroyed.
Surely you put them in slippery places; you bring them down to ruin.
God, I’m sure you will make them slip and fall. You will throw them down and destroy them.
Surely you place them on slippery ground; you cast them down to ruin.
Surely you place them on slippery ground; you cast them down to ruin.
Surely You set them in slippery places; You cast them down to destruction.
For sure, You set the sinful in places where there is danger at every step. You throw them down to be destroyed.
Truly, you put them on a slippery path and send them sliding over the cliff to destruction.

Surely Thou didst set them in slippery places; Thou castedst them down into mashu’ot (ruins, destruction).
Surely, You have set them in slippery places, and cast them down into desolation.
Truly thou dost set them in slippery places; thou dost make them fall to ruin.
Truly thou dost set them in slippery places; thou dost make them fall to ruin.
Surely You put them in slippery places. You hurled them down to destruction.
Because You have certainly set the wicked upon a slippery slope, You’ve set them up to slide to their destruction.
Surely you set them in slippery places. You throw them down to destruction.
Nevertheless for guiles thou hast put to them; thou castedest them down, while they were raised. (For thou shalt put them in slippery places; thou shalt throw them down, after they be raised up.)
Only, in slippery places Thou dost set them, Thou hast caused them to fall to desolations.
