Psalm 50:1
The Mighty God, even the Lord, hath spoken and called the earth from the rising of the sun unto the going down thereof.
A Psalm of Asaph. The Mighty One, God, Jehovah, hath spoken, And called the earth from the rising of the sun unto the going down thereof.
A Psalm of Asaph The mighty One, God, the Lord, has spoken, And summoned the earth from the rising of the sun to its setting [from east to west].
The Mighty One, God, the Lord, speaks and calls the earth from the rising of the sun to its setting.

From the rising of the sun to where it sets, God, the Lord God, speaks, calling out to the earth.

(A psalm by Asaph.) From east to west, the powerful Lord God has been calling together everyone on earth.
A Psalm. Of Asaph. God, Elohim-Jehovah, hath spoken, and called the earth from the rising of the sun unto the going down thereof.
Unto the end, a psalm of David,
One of Asaph’s songs. The Lord God Most Powerful has spoken. He calls to everyone on earth, from where the sun rises to where it sets.
Asaph wrote this psalm. God, the great God, the Lord, is speaking. He is calling everybody on the earth, from where the sun rises in the east, to where it goes down in the west.

1 Because the Church is always full of hypocrites, 8 which do imagine that God will be worshipped with outward ceremonies only without the heart: and especially the Jews were of this opinion, because of their figures and ceremonies of the Law, thinking that their sacrifices were sufficient. 21 Therefore the Prophet doth reprove this gross error, and pronounceth the Name of God to be blasphemed where holiness is set in ceremonies. 23 For he declareth the worship of God to be spiritual, whereof are two principal parts, invocation and thanksgiving. The mighty God, the Lord, has summoned all mankind from east to west!
The God of gods—it’s God!—speaks out, shouts, “Earth!” welcomes the sun in the east, farewells the disappearing sun in the west. From the dazzle of Zion, God blazes into view. Our God makes his entrance, he’s not shy in his coming. Starbursts of fireworks precede him.
