Make vows, and pay them unto the Lord your God; let all that be round about Him bring presents unto Him that ought to be feared.
Vow, and pay unto Jehovah your God: Let all that are round about him bring presents unto him that ought to be feared.
Make vows to the Lord your God and fulfill them; Let all who are around Him bring gifts to Him who is to be feared [with awe-inspired reverence].

Human wrath serves only to praise you; what remains of this wrath you wear as an ornament.
Everyone, make your promises to the Lord your God and do what you promise. The Lord is fearsome, and all his servants should bring him gifts.

And I said, Now have I begun: this is the change of the right hand of the most High.
People, you made promises to the Lord your God. Now give him what you promised. People everywhere fear and respect God, and they will bring gifts to him.
Make promises to the Lord your God, and do what you have promised. Everyone who serves God should bring gifts to him. We must respect him with fear.
Make vows to the Lord your God and fulfill them. Let all who are around him bring tribute to the one who is fearsome.
Make your vows to the Lord your God and perform them; let all around him bring gifts to him who is to be feared,

Give the Lord your God what you promised him; bring gifts to him, all you nearby nations. God makes everyone fear him;

Keep your promises to the Lord your God. From all around gifts should come to the God we worship.
Let everyone who surrounds the Lord your God make a vow and fulfill it to the Awesome One.

Fulfill all your vows that you have made to Jehovah your God. Let everyone bring him presents. He should be reverenced and feared,
Do for God what you said you’d do— he is, after all, your God. Let everyone in town bring offerings to the One Who Watches our every move. Nobody gets by with anything, no one plays fast and loose with him.
Make your vows to the Lord your God, and fulfill them; let all who surround Him bring tribute to Him who is to be feared.
Make vows to Yahweh your Elohim, and keep them. Let everyone around him bring gifts to the one who must be feared.
Surely the wrath of man will give you thanks; the remnant of your furor will keep your feast.

Make ye a vow, and yield ye to your Lord God; all that bring gifts in the compass of it. To God fearedful, (Make ye a vow, and pay ye it to the Lord your God; and let those who be all around bring gifts to him. To him who is to be feared,)
Vow and complete to Jehovah your God, All ye surrounding him. They bring presents to the Fearful One.
