He ruleth by His power for ever, His eyes behold the nations; let not the rebellious exalt themselves. Selah
He ruleth by his might for ever; His eyes observe the nations: Let not the rebellious exalt themselves. Selah
Who rules by His might forever, His eyes keep watch on the nations; Do not let the rebellious exalt themselves. Selah.
He rules by His might forever, His eyes observe and keep watch over the nations; let not the rebellious exalt themselves. Selah [pause, and calmly think of that]!

His mighty power rules forever, and nothing the nations do can be hidden from him. So don't turn against God.

Ever sovereign in his high tower, he keeps his eye on the godless nations. Rebels don’t dare raise a finger against him.

The which is Lord in his virtue [into] without end, his eyes behold on folks; they that make sharp be not enhanced in themselves. (Who is the ruler by his might, or his power, forever, and his eyes look on the nations; let not they who rebel against him exalt themselves.)
Ruling by His might to the age, His eyes among the nations do watch, The refractory exalt not themselves. Selah.
