“Hear my words, O ye wise men; and give ear unto me, ye that have knowledge.
Hear my words, ye wise men; And give ear unto me, ye that have knowledge.
“Hear my words, you wise men, And listen to me, you who have [so much] knowledge.
Hear my words, you wise men, and give ear to me, you who have [so much] knowledge.
Hear my words, O ye wise men; and give ear unto me, ye that have knowledge.
Hear my words, you wise ones, and listen to me, you knowledgeable ones.
Hear my words, you wise ones, and listen to me, you knowledgeable ones.
Hear my words, wise ones; knowledgeable ones, listen to me,
“Hear my words, you sages! Listen to me, you who know so much!
You men think you are wise, but just listen to me!
Hear my words, ye wise [men]; and give ear unto me, ye that have knowledge.
Hear ye, wise men, my words, and ye learned, hearken to me:
“Listen to what I say, you wise men. Pay attention, you who know so much.
‘You men who are so wise and who know so much, listen to me. Hear what I have to say.
Hear my words, you wise men. You learned men, pay attention to me.
“Hear my words, you wise men, and give ear to me, you who know;
“Hear my words, you wise men, and give ear to me, you who know;
“Hear my words, you wise men; listen to me, you who know a lot.
Hear my words, ye wise men, and hearken unto me ye that have knowledge.
“Listen to my words, you wise men. Open your ears to me, you intelligent men.
You men are so wise, so clever; listen now to what I am saying.
Hear my words, you wise men, and listen to me, you knowledgeable ones.
“Hear my words, you men who think you are wise. Listen to me, you men who think you know a lot.
“Listen to what I have to say, you wise men! Pay attention to me, you educated people!
Hear my words, O ye wise men; and give ear unto me, ye that have knowledge.
Hear my words, O ye wise men; and give ear unto me, ye that have knowledge.
Hear my words, O ye wise men; and give ear unto me, ye that have knowledge.
“Hear my speech, you wise men, And give ear to me, you who know.
“Hear my words, you wise men, and listen to me, you who know,
“Listen to me, you wise men.
Elihu continued: “So, my fine friends—listen to me, and see what you think of this. Isn’t it just common sense— as common as the sense of taste— To put our heads together and figure out what’s going on here?
“Hear my words, O you wise men; and give ear unto me, you that have knowledge.
“Listen to my words, you wise men. Open your ears to me, you intelligent men.
Hear my discourse, you that are wise; you that have knowledge, listen to me!
“Hear my words, you wise men, And listen to me, you who understand.
“Hear my words, you wise men, And listen to me, you who know.
“Listen to my words, you wise men; you men of learning, hear what I have to say.
“Hear my words, you wise men; listen to me, you who know a lot.
“Listen to my words, you wise men; hear me, you learned men.
“Hear what I’m saying, you wise men. Listen to me, you who have learned so much.
“Hear my words, you wise men; listen to me, you men of learning.
‘Hear my words, you wise men; listen to me, you men of learning.
“Hear my words, you wise men; Give ear to me, you who have knowledge.
“Hear my words, you wise men. Listen to me, you who know.
