The abundance of grain and grapes will make the young men and girls flourish; they will be radiant with health and happiness.
Then God will come into view, his arrows flashing like lightning! Master God will blast his trumpet and set out in a whirlwind. God-of-the-Angel-Armies will protect them— all-out war, The war to end all wars, no holds barred. Their God will save the day. He’ll rescue them. They’ll become like sheep, gentle and soft, Or like gemstones in a crown, catching all the colors of the sun. Then how they’ll shine! shimmer! glow! the young men robust, the young women lovely!
The Lord their God will deliver them that day like the flock of His people. For like jewels embedded in a crown, they will shine in His land.
On that day Yahweh their Elohim will rescue them as the flock of his people. They will certainly sparkle in his land like jewels in a crown.
And the Lord their God will save them: the people, like a flock on that day; For like gemstones of a crown they will shine on the land.
