These then are the things, which you shall do: Speak ye truth every one to his neighbour: judge ye truth and judgment of peace in your gates.
But you must do this: Tell the truth to your neighbors. When you make decisions in your cities, be fair and do what is right. Do what brings peace.
These are the things that you should do. Speak true words to each other. Leaders, be fair to all people.
These are the things that you are to do: Speak the truth to one another. Render judgments that uphold truth, justice, and peace in your gates.
