Much in every way; chiefly because unto them were committed the oracles of God.
Much every way: first of all, that they were intrusted with the oracles of God.
Great in every respect. To begin with, the Jews were entrusted with the oracles of God [His very words].
Much in every way. To begin with, to the Jews were entrusted the oracles (the brief communications, the intentions, the utterances) of God.
Much every way: chiefly, because that unto them were committed the oracles of God.
Considerable in every way. First, they were entrusted with the very words of God.
Plenty in every way. First of all, the Jews were trusted with God’s revelations.
Much in every way! In the first place, the Jews were entrusted with the very words of God.
It is good in a lot of ways! First of all, God's messages were spoken to the Jews.
Much every way: and first, indeed, that to them were entrusted the oracles of God.
Much in every way. For first— that they were entrusted the oracles of God!
Much every way. First indeed, because the words of God were committed to them.
Yes, the Jews have many benefits. The most important one is this: God trusted the Jews with his teachings.
Yes, it helps in many ways. The first is that God chose to give his messages to the Jewish people.
Much in every way! Indeed, above all else, they were entrusted with the messages of God.
Much in every way. To begin with, the Jews were entrusted with the oracles of God.
Much in every way. To begin with, the Jews were entrusted with the oracles of God.
Yes, there are great benefits in ·every way [or all different ways]. ·The most important thing is this [L First]: God ·trusted [entrusted] the Jews with his ·teachings [revelation; oracles].
Much every manner of way: for chiefly, because unto them were of credit committed the oracles of God.
There are all kinds of advantages. First of all, God entrusted them with his word.
Much, indeed, in every way! In the first place, God trusted his message to the Jews.
Considerable in every way. First, they were entrusted with the spoken words of God.
Yes, of course, there is in every way. The most important thing is this: God trusted the Jews with his teachings.
There are all kinds of advantages! First of all, the Jews have been entrusted with the utterances of God.
Is there any advantage then in being one of the chosen people? Does circumcision mean anything? Yes, of course, a great deal in every way. You have only to think of one thing to begin with—it was the Jews to whom God’s messages were entrusted. Some of them were undoubtedly faithless, but what then? Can you imagine that their faithlessness could disturb the faithfulness of God? Of course not! Let us think of God as true, even if every living man be proved a liar. Remember the scripture? ‘That you may be justified in your words, and may overcome when you are judged’.
Much in every way: first, certainly, that the oracles of God have been entrusted unto them.
Much every way: chiefly, because that unto them were committed the oracles of God.
Much every way: chiefly, because that unto them were committed the oracles of God.
Great in every respect. First of all, that they were entrusted with the oracles of God.
Much in every way. For first, that they were entrusted with the oracles of God.
Yes, being a Jew has many advantages. First of all, God trusted them with his laws so that they could know and do his will.
So what difference does it make who’s a Jew and who isn’t, who has been trained in God’s ways and who hasn’t? As it turns out, it makes a lot of difference—but not the difference so many have assumed. First, there’s the matter of being put in charge of writing down and caring for God’s revelation, these Holy Scriptures. So, what if, in the course of doing that, some of those Jews abandoned their post? God didn’t abandon them. Do you think their faithlessness cancels out his faithfulness? Not on your life! Depend on it: God keeps his word even when the whole world is lying through its teeth. Scripture says the same: Your words stand fast and true; Rejection doesn’t faze you. But if our wrongdoing only underlines and confirms God’s rightdoing, shouldn’t we be commended for helping out? Since our lies don’t even make a dent in his truth, isn’t it wrong of God to back us to the wall and hold us to our word? These questions come up. The answer to such questions is no, a most emphatic No! How else would things ever get straightened out if God didn’t do the straightening?
Much in every way! Chiefly because the oracles of God were entrusted to them.
Much in every way. For first of all, they were entrusted with the oracles of God.
