Yes, they can proclaim, “The Lord is upright. He is my Rock, and he does no wrong.”

They make it known that the Lord is decent. He is my rock. He is never unfair.
This shows that the Lord is just, that there is no wrong in my protector.

They will say to everyone, “The Lord is honest. He is my Rock, and there is no evil in him.”
proclaiming, “The Lord is upright; he is my Rock, and there is no wickedness in him.”

To declare that the Lord is upright; He is my rock, and there is no unrighteousness in Him.
And they will show that the Lord is faithful. He is my rock. There is nothing in Him that is not right and good.
They will declare, “The Lord is just! He is my rock! There is no evil in him!”
