Because thou hast made the Lord, who is my refuge, even the Most High, thy habitation,
For thou, O Jehovah, art my refuge! Thou hast made the Most High thy habitation;
Because you have made the Lord, [who is] my refuge, Even the Most High, your dwelling place,
Because you have made the Lord your refuge, and the Most High your dwelling place,
Because thou hast made the Lord, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy habitation;
Because you have made the Lord—my refuge, the Most High—your dwelling place,
Because you have made the Lord – my refuge, the Most High – your dwelling place,
Because you’ve made the Lord my refuge, the Most High, your place of residence—
For you have made Adonai, the Most High, who is my refuge, your dwelling-place.
The Lord Most High is your fortress. Run to him for safety,
Because *thou* hast made Jehovah, my refuge, the Most High, thy dwelling-place,
But thou, O Lord, art most high for evermore.
You trust in the Lord for protection. You have made God Most High your place of safety.
You have come to the Lord to make you safe. The Most High God has become your home.
Yes, you, Lord, are my refuge! If you make the Most High your shelter,
Because you have made the Lord your dwelling place— the Most High, who is my refuge—
Because you have made the Lord your dwelling place— the Most High, who is my refuge—
·The Lord is your protection [L For you, Lord, are my refuge]; you have made God Most High your ·place of safety [dwelling place].
For thou hast said, The Lord is mine hope: thou hast set the most High for thy refuge.
You, O Lord, are my refuge! You have made the Most High your home.
You have made the Lord your defender, the Most High your protector,
Because you have made the Lord—my refuge, the Most High—your dwelling place,
The Lord is your protection. You have made God Most High your place of safety.
“Lord, you are my refuge!” Because you chose the Most High as your dwelling place,
¶ Because thou hast made the LORD, who is my hope, even the most High, thy habitation,
Because thou hast made the Lord, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy habitation;
Because thou hast made the Lord, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy habitation;
For you have made Yahweh—my refuge, The Most High—your dwelling place.
For you, O Yahweh, are my refuge. You have made the Most High your dwelling place.
For Jehovah is my refuge! I choose the God above all gods to shelter me.
You who sit down in the High God’s presence, spend the night in Shaddai’s shadow, Say this: “God, you’re my refuge. I trust in you and I’m safe!” That’s right—he rescues you from hidden traps, shields you from deadly hazards. His huge outstretched arms protect you— under them you’re perfectly safe; his arms fend off all harm. Fear nothing—not wild wolves in the night, not flying arrows in the day, Not disease that prowls through the darkness, not disaster that erupts at high noon. Even though others succumb all around, drop like flies right and left, no harm will even graze you. You’ll stand untouched, watch it all from a distance, watch the wicked turn into corpses. Yes, because God’s your refuge, the High God your very own home, Evil can’t get close to you, harm can’t get through the door. He ordered his angels to guard you wherever you go. If you stumble, they’ll catch you; their job is to keep you from falling. You’ll walk unharmed among lions and snakes, and kick young lions and serpents from the path.
Because you have made the Lord, who is my refuge, even the Most High, your dwelling,
You, O Yahweh, are my Machseh! You have made Elyon your home.
Because you have the Lord for your refuge and have made the Most High your stronghold,
For you have made the Lord, my refuge, The Most High, your dwelling place.
For you have made the Lord, my refuge, Even the Most High, your dwelling place.
You have made the Lord your refuge and chosen the Most High to be your dwelling.
The Lord is your protection; you have made God Most High your place of safety.
For you have taken refuge in the Lord, my shelter, the Most High.
Suppose you say, “The Lord is the one who keeps me safe.” Suppose you let the Most High God be like a home to you.
If you say, “The Lord is my refuge,” and you make the Most High your dwelling,
If you say, ‘The Lord is my refuge,’ and you make the Most High your dwelling,
Because you have made the Lord, who is my refuge, Even the Most High, your dwelling place,
Because you have made the Lord your safe place, and the Most High the place where you live,
If you make the Lord your refuge, if you make the Most High your shelter,
Because you have made the Lord your refuge, the Most High your dwelling-place,
Because you have made the Lord your refuge, the Most High your dwelling-place,
Because you have made the Lord your refuge, the Most High your dwelling place,
Because you have made the Lord your refuge, the Most High your dwelling place,
Because thou hast made Hashem, which is my refuge, even Elyon, thy ma’on (habitation, dwelling; see Yn 14:2 OJBC)
For you have said, “The LORD is my hope.” You have set the Most High for your refuge.
Because you have made the Lord your refuge, the Most High your habitation,
Because you have made the Lord your refuge, the Most High your habitation,
For you have made Elyon your dwelling, even Adonai, who is my refuge,
For you made the Eternal [your] refuge, the Most High your only home.
Because you have made Yahweh your refuge, and the Most High your dwelling place,
For thou, Lord, art mine hope; thou hast set thine help (to be the) alder-Highest. (For thou hast made the Lord to be thy hope; yea, the Most High to be thy help.)
(For Thou, O Jehovah, [art] my refuge,) The Most High thou madest thy habitation.
