For my soul is full of troubles, and my life draweth nigh unto the grave.
For my soul is full of troubles, And my life draweth nigh unto Sheol.
For my soul is full of troubles, And my life draws near the grave (Sheol, the place of the dead).
For I am full of troubles, and my life draws near to Sheol (the place of the dead).
For my soul is full of troubles: and my life draweth nigh unto the grave.
For I have had enough troubles, and my life is near Sheol.

because my whole being is filled with distress; my life is at the very brink of hell.
let my prayer come before you, turn your ear to my cry for help!
I am deeply troubled and close to death;
For my soul is full of troubles, and my life draweth nigh to Sheol.
For thou hast said: Mercy shall be built up for ever in the heavens: thy truth shall be prepared in them.
My soul has had enough of this pain! I am ready to die.
There is a lot of trouble in my life. I feel that I am near to death.
Indeed, my soul has had its fill of troubles, and my life has arrived at the grave.
For my soul is full of troubles, and my life draws near to Sheol.
For my soul is full of troubles, and my life draws near to Sheol.
My life is full of ·troubles [hurt; harm], and ·I am nearly dead [L my life approaches/touches Sheol; C the grave or the underworld].
For my soul is filled with evils, and my life draweth near to the grave.

So many troubles have fallen on me that I am close to death.
For I have had enough troubles, and my life is near Sheol.
My life is full of troubles. I am nearly dead.
For my life is filled with troubles as I approach Sheol.

For my soul has been saturated with calamities, And my life has reached Sheol.
For my soul is full with troubles, and my life approaches Sheol.
for my life is full of troubles, and death draws near.
God, you’re my last chance of the day. I spend the night on my knees before you. Put me on your salvation agenda; take notes on the trouble I’m in. I’ve had my fill of trouble; I’m camped on the edge of hell. I’m written off as a lost cause, one more statistic, a hopeless case. Abandoned as already dead, one more body in a stack of corpses, And not so much as a gravestone— I’m a black hole in oblivion. You’ve dropped me into a bottomless pit, sunk me in a pitch-black abyss. I’m battered senseless by your rage, relentlessly pounded by your waves of anger. You turned my friends against me, made me horrible to them. I’m caught in a maze and can’t find my way out, blinded by tears of pain and frustration. I call to you, God; all day I call. I wring my hands, I plead for help. Are the dead a live audience for your miracles? Do ghosts ever join the choirs that praise you? Does your love make any difference in a graveyard? Is your faithful presence noticed in the corridors of hell? Are your marvelous wonders ever seen in the dark, your righteous ways noticed in the Land of No Memory?
