As the fire burneth a wood, and as the flame setteth the mountains on fire,
As the fire that burneth the forest, And as the flame that setteth the mountains on fire,
Like fire consumes the forest, And like the flame sets the mountains on fire,
As fire consumes the forest, and as the flame sets the mountains ablaze,
As the fire burneth a wood, and as the flame setteth the mountains on fire;
As fire burns a forest, as a flame blazes through mountains,
As fire burns a forest, as a flame blazes through mountains,
Just like a fire consumes a forest, just like flames set mountains ablaze,
My God, make them like whirling dust, like chaff driven by the wind.
Just as flames destroy forests on the mountains,
As fire burneth a forest, and as the flame setteth the mountains on fire,
Be like a fire that destroys a forest or like a flame that sets the hills on fire.
Go after them, like a fire that burns both forest and mountains.
As fire burns the forest, or as a flame sets the mountains on fire,
As fire consumes the forest, as the flame sets the mountains ablaze,
As fire consumes the forest, as the flame sets the mountains ablaze,
Be like a fire that burns a forest or like flames that blaze through the ·hills [mountains].
As the fire burneth the forest, and as the flame setteth the mountains on fire:
Pursue them with your storms, and terrify them with your windstorms
As fire burns the forest, as flames set the hills on fire,
As fire burns a forest, as a flame blazes through mountains,
Be like a fire that burns a forest or like flames that blaze through the hills.
Like a fire burning a forest, and a flame setting mountains ablaze.
As the fire burns a wood and as the flame sets the mountains on fire

As the fire burneth a wood, and as the flame setteth the mountains on fire;
Like fire that burns the forest And like a flame that burns up the mountains,
As fire burns a forest, and as a flame sets afire mountains,
as a forest fire that roars across a mountain.
My God! I’ve had it with them! Blow them away! Tumbleweeds in the desert waste, charred sticks in the burned-over ground. Knock the breath right out of them, so they’re gasping for breath, gasping, “God.” Bring them to the end of their rope, and leave them there dangling, helpless. Then they’ll learn your name: “God,” the one and only High God on earth.
As fire burns a forest, and as the flame sets the mountains ablaze,

My God, make them like tumbleweed, into chaff flying before the wind.
Like fire that burns the forest, And like a flame that sets the mountains on fire,

O my God, treat them like tumbleweed, like chaff blown before the wind.
Be like a fire that burns a forest or like flames that blaze through the hills.
Like the fire that burns down the forest, or the flames that consume the mountainsides,
Destroy them as fire burns up a forest. Destroy them as a flame sets mountains on fire.
As fire consumes the forest or a flame sets the mountains ablaze,

As the fire that burns up the trees and spreads over the mountains,

As a wildfire charges through the forest or a flame sprints up the mountainside,
As the fire that burns the forest, as the flame that sets the mountains on fire,
As fire that burneth a wood; and as flame burning hills. (Like the fire that burneth a wood; and the flames that burn the hills,)
As a fire doth burn a forest, And as a flame setteth hills on fire,
