Then the Lord awakened as one out of sleep, like a mighty man that shouteth by reason of wine.
Then the Lord awaked as one out of sleep, Like a mighty man that shouteth by reason of wine.
Then the Lord awakened as from sleep, Like a [mighty] warrior who awakens from the sleep of wine [fully conscious of his power].
Then the Lord awakened as from sleep, as a strong man whose consciousness of power is heightened by wine.
Then the Lord awaked as one out of sleep, and like a mighty man that shouteth by reason of wine.
The Lord awoke as if from sleep, like a warrior from the effects of wine.
The Lord awoke as if from sleep, like a warrior from the effects of wine.
But then my Lord woke up— as if he’d been sleeping! Like a warrior shaking off wine,
Then Adonai awoke, as if from sleep, like a warrior shouting for joy from wine.
Finally the Lord woke up, like a soldier startled from a drunken sleep.
Then the Lord awoke as one out of sleep, like a mighty man that shouteth aloud by reason of wine;
Finally, our Lord got up like a man waking from his sleep, like a soldier after drinking too much wine.
Then the Lord woke up, like someone had woken him from sleep. He shouted loudly, like a soldier who has drunk a lot of wine.
Then the Lord awoke like someone who has been sleeping, like a warrior overcome by wine.
Then the Lord awoke as from sleep, like a strong man shouting because of wine.
Then the Lord awoke as from sleep, like a strong man shouting because of wine.
Then the Lord ·got up [awoke] as if he had been asleep; ·he awoke like a man [L like a soldier] who had been ·drunk with [shouting/singing because of] wine.
But the Lord awaked as one out of sleep, and as a strong man that after his wine crieth out,
Then the Lord woke up like one who had been sleeping, like a warrior sobering up from ⌞too much⌟ wine.
At last the Lord woke up as though from sleep; he was like a strong man excited by wine.
Then the Lord awoke as if from sleep, like a warrior from the effects of wine.
Then the Lord got up as if he had been asleep. He awoke like a man who was drunk with wine.
The Lord awoke as though from sleep, like a mighty warrior stimulated by wine.
Then the Lord awaked as one out of sleep and like a mighty man that shouts by reason of wine.
Then the Lord awaked as one out of sleep, and like a mighty man that shouteth by reason of wine.
Then the Lord awaked as one out of sleep, and like a mighty man that shouteth by reason of wine.
Then the Lord awoke as if from sleep, As if He were a warrior overcome by wine.
Then the Lord awoke like one who had been asleep, awoke like a warrior who had been drunk with wine.
Then the Lord rose up as though awakening from sleep, and like a mighty man aroused by wine,
Suddenly the Lord was up on his feet like someone roused from deep sleep, shouting like a drunken warrior. He hit his enemies hard, sent them running, yelping, not daring to look back. He disqualified Joseph as leader, told Ephraim he didn’t have what it takes, And chose the Tribe of Judah instead, Mount Zion, which he loves so much. He built his sanctuary there, resplendent, solid and lasting as the earth itself. Then he chose David, his servant, handpicked him from his work in the sheep pens. One day he was caring for the ewes and their lambs, the next day God had him shepherding Jacob, his people Israel, his prize possession. His good heart made him a good shepherd; he guided the people wisely and well.
Then the Lord awoke as one out of sleep, and like a mighty man who shouts because of wine.
Then Adonay woke up like one who had been sleeping, like a warrior sobering up from too much wine.
Then the Lord awoke as from sleep, like a warrior shouting from the effects of wine.
Then the Lord awoke as if from sleep, Like a warrior overcome by wine.
Then the Lord awoke as if from sleep, Like a warrior overcome by wine.
Then the Lord awakened as from sleep, like a warrior flushed from the effects of wine.
Then the Lord got up as if he had been asleep; he awoke like a man who had been drunk with wine.
But then the Lord awoke from his sleep; he was like a warrior in a drunken rage.
Then the Lord woke up as if he had been sleeping. He was like a warrior waking up from the deep sleep caused by wine.
Then the Lord awoke as from sleep, as a warrior wakes from the stupor of wine.
Then the Lord awoke as from sleep, as a warrior wakes from the stupor of wine.
Then the Lord awoke as from sleep, Like a mighty man who shouts because of wine.
Then the Lord woke up as if from sleep, like a strong man wild with wine.
Then the Lord rose up as though waking from sleep, like a warrior aroused from a drunken stupor.
Then the Lord awoke as from sleep, like a warrior shouting because of wine.
Then the Lord awoke as from sleep, like a warrior shouting because of wine.
Then the Lord awoke as from sleep, like a warrior shouting because of wine.
Then the Lord awoke as from sleep, like a warrior shouting because of wine.
Then Adonoi awaked as one from sleep, and like a gibbor that shouteth from yayin.
But the LORD awakened, as one out of sleep, as a strong man who cries out after wine,
Then the Lord awoke as from sleep, like a strong man shouting because of wine.
Then the Lord awoke as from sleep, like a strong man shouting because of wine.
Then the Lord awoke as from sleep, as a warrior shaking off wine.
Then the Lord awoke like a man who has been asleep, like a warrior who has been overcome with wine.
Then the Lord awakened as one out of sleep, like a mighty man who shouts by reason of wine.
And the Lord was raised, as sleeping; as mighty greatly filled of wine. (Then the Lord was raised up; like one who had been sleeping, like a mighty man excited by wine.)
And the Lord waketh as a sleeper, As a mighty one crying aloud from wine.
