Thou didst cause judgment to be heard from heaven; the earth feared and was still,
Thou didst cause sentence to be heard from heaven; The earth feared, and was still,
You caused judgment to be heard from heaven; The earth feared and was quiet
You caused sentence to be heard from heaven; the earth feared and was still—
Thou didst cause judgment to be heard from heaven; the earth feared, and was still,
From heaven you pronounced judgment. The earth feared and grew quiet
From heaven you pronounced judgement. The earth feared and grew quiet
You have announced judgment from heaven. The earth grew afraid and fell silent
You are fearsome! When once you are angry, who can stand in your presence?
From heaven you announced your decisions as judge! And all who live on this earth were terrified and silent
Thou didst cause judgment to be heard from the heavens; the earth feared, and was still,
Will God then cast off for ever? or will he never be more favourable again?
You stood as judge and announced your decision. You saved the humble people of the land. From heaven you gave the decision, and the whole earth was silent and afraid.
From heaven you said how you would judge people. Everybody on earth became afraid. They could not say anything!
From heaven you announced judgment. The earth feared and was quiet
From the heavens you uttered judgment; the earth feared and was still,
From the heavens you uttered judgement; the earth feared and was still,
From heaven you ·gave the decision [made your judgment heard], and the earth was afraid and silent.
Thou didst cause thy judgment to be heard from heaven; therefore the earth feared, and was still,
From heaven you announced a verdict. The earth was fearful and silent
You made your judgment known from heaven; the world was afraid and kept silent,
From heaven You pronounced judgment. The earth feared and grew quiet
From heaven you gave the decision. And the earth was afraid and silent.
From heaven you declared judgment. The earth stands in awe and is quiet
From the heavens thou didst cause judgment to be heard; the earth feared and was still,
Thou didst cause judgment to be heard from heaven; the earth feared, and was still,

You made Your cause to be heard from heaven; The earth feared and was quiet
From heaven you proclaimed judgment. The earth feared and was still
You pronounce sentence on them from heaven; the earth trembles and stands silently before you.
Fierce you are, and fearsome! Who can stand up to your rising anger? From heaven you thunder judgment; earth falls to her knees and holds her breath. God stands tall and makes things right, he saves all the wretched on earth. Instead of smoldering rage—God-praise! All that sputtering rage—now a garland for God!
From the heavens You gave their judgment, and the earth feared and was silent,
From heaven you announced a verdict. The earth was fearful and silent
You, terrible are you; who can stand before you and your great anger?
You caused judgment to be heard from heaven; The earth feared and was still
You caused judgment to be heard from heaven; The earth feared and was still
You indeed are awesome; who can stand in your presence when your anger is aroused?
From heaven you gave the decision, and the earth was afraid and silent.
From heaven you announced what their punishment would be. The earth was afraid and silent
From heaven you handed down your sentence. The land was afraid and became quiet.
From heaven you pronounced judgment, and the land feared and was quiet—

You said from heaven who is guilty or not. The earth was afraid and quiet
From heaven you sentenced your enemies; the earth trembled and stood silent before you.
From the heavens you uttered judgement; the earth feared and was still

Thou didst pronounce din (sentence, judgment) from Shomayim; Eretz feared, and was still,
You caused judgment to be heard from Heaven. The Earth feared, and was still,
From the heavens thou didst utter judgment; the earth feared and was still,
From the heavens thou didst utter judgment; the earth feared and was still,
You are awesome, yes You are! Who can stand in Your presence once You are angry?
You decreed judgment from the heavens. The earth heard it and was petrified with fear, completely still,
You pronounced judgment from heaven. The earth feared, and was silent,
From heaven thou madest doom heard; the earth trembled, and rested. (From heaven thou madest thy judgement heard; and the earth trembled, or shook, and kept silent.)
