Thou lovest all devouring words, O thou deceitful tongue.
Thou lovest all devouring words, O thou deceitful tongue.
You love all words that devour, O deceitful tongue.
You love all destroying and devouring words, O deceitful tongue.
Thou lovest all devouring words, O thou deceitful tongue.
You love any words that destroy, you treacherous tongue!
You love any words that destroy, you treacherous tongue!
You love all destructive words; you love the deceiving tongue.
Your tongue, as sharp as a razor, plots destruction and works deception.
You love to say cruel things, and your words are a trap.
Thou hast loved all devouring words, O deceitful tongue!
All have gone aside, they are become unprofitable together, there is none that doth good, no not one.
You and your lying tongue love to hurt people.
You love to say cruel words. You speak to deceive others.
You lying tongue, you love every word that devours!
You love all words that devour, O deceitful tongue.
You love all words that devour, O deceitful tongue.
You love words that ·bite [destroy; L swallow up] and ·tongues that lie [deceptive tongues; James 3:1–12].
Thou lovest all words that may destroy: O deceitful tongue!
You love every destructive accusation, you deceitful tongue!
You love to hurt people with your words, you liar!
You love any words that destroy, you treacherous tongue!
You love words that bite and tongues that lie.
You love all words that destroy, you deceitful tongue!
Thou dost love all devouring words, O thou deceitful tongue.
Thou lovest all devouring words, O thou deceitful tongue.
Thou lovest all devouring words, O thou deceitful tongue.
You love all words that devour, O deceitful tongue.
You love all devouring words, O deceitful tongue,
You love to slander—you love to say anything that will do harm, O man with the lying tongue.
Why do you brag of evil, “Big Man”? God’s mercy carries the day. You scheme catastrophe; your tongue cuts razor-sharp, artisan in lies. You love evil more than good, you call black white. You love malicious gossip, you foul-mouth.
You love all devouring words, O you deceitful tongue.
You love every destructive accusation, you deceitful tongue!
you are thinking up intrigues; your tongue is like a sharpened razor, you worker of deceit.
You love all words that devour, You deceitful tongue.
You love all words that devour, O deceitful tongue.
you plot harm; your tongue is like a sharpened razor, you master of deceit.
You love words that bite and tongues that lie.
You love to use all the words that destroy, and the tongue that deceives.
You love to harm others with your words, you liar!
You love every harmful word, you deceitful tongue!
