Gather not my soul with sinners, nor my life with bloody men,
Gather not my soul with sinners, Nor my life with men of blood;
Do not sweep my soul away with sinners, Nor [sweep away] my life with men of bloodshed,
Gather me not with sinners and sweep me not away [with them], nor my life with bloodthirsty men,
Gather not my soul with sinners, nor my life with bloody men:
Do not destroy me along with sinners, or my life along with men of bloodshed
Do not destroy me along with sinners, or my life along with men of bloodshed
Don’t gather me up with the sinners, taking my life along with violent people
Don’t include me with sinners or my life with the bloodthirsty.
Don't sweep me away, as you do sinners. Don't punish me with death as you do those people who are brutal
Gather not my soul with sinners, nor my life with men of blood;
Turn not away thy face from me; decline not in thy wrath from thy servant. Be thou my helper, forsake me not; do not thou despise me, O God my Saviour.
Lord, don’t treat me like one of those sinners. Don’t kill me with those murderers.
Do not take away my life, as you do with sinners. Do not punish me with death, as you do with murderers.
Do not snatch my soul away along with sinners, nor my life with bloodthirsty men,
Do not sweep my soul away with sinners, nor my life with bloodthirsty men,
Do not sweep my soul away with sinners, nor my life with bloodthirsty men,
Do not ·kill me [take me away] with those sinners or take my life with ·those murderers [the bloodthirsty; L men of blood].
Gather not my soul with the sinners, nor my life with the bloody men:
Do not sweep away my soul along with hardened sinners or my life along with bloodthirsty people.
Do not destroy me with the sinners; spare me from the fate of murderers—
Do not destroy me along with sinners, or my life along with men of bloodshed
Do not kill me with those sinners. Do not take my life with those murderers.
Do not group me with sinners, nor include me with men who shed blood.
Gather not my soul with the sinners, nor my life with those who have blood on their hands:
Gather not my soul with sinners, nor my life with bloody men:
Gather not my soul with sinners, nor my life with bloody men:
Do not take my soul away along with sinners, Nor my life with men of bloodshed,
Do not destroy me with the sinners, nor my life with men of bloodshed,
Don’t treat me as a common sinner or murderer who plots against the innocent and demands bribes.
God, I love living with you; your house glows with your glory. When it’s time for spring cleaning, don’t sweep me out with the quacks and crooks, Men with bags of dirty tricks, women with purses stuffed with bribe-money.
Do not gather my soul with sinners, nor my life with murderers,
Do not sweep away my soul along with hardened sinners or my life along with bloodthirsty people.
Do not take me away with sinners, nor my life with the men of blood,
Do not take my soul away along with sinners, Nor my life with men of bloodshed,
Do not take my soul away along with sinners, Nor my life with men of bloodshed,
Do not sweep my soul away with sinners, nor my life with those who thirst for blood,
Do not kill me with those sinners or take my life with those murderers.
Do not sweep me away with sinners, or execute me along with violent people,
Don’t destroy me together with sinners. Don’t take away my life along with murderers.
Do not take away my soul along with sinners, my life with those who are bloodthirsty,
Do not take away my soul along with sinners, my life with those who are bloodthirsty,
Do not gather my soul with sinners, Nor my life with bloodthirsty men,
Do not take my soul away with sinners, or my life with men who kill other people.
Don’t let me suffer the fate of sinners. Don’t condemn me along with murderers.
Do not sweep me away with sinners, nor my life with the bloodthirsty,
Do not sweep me away with sinners, nor my life with the bloodthirsty,
Do not sweep me away with sinners, nor my life with the bloodthirsty,
Do not sweep me away with sinners nor my life with the bloodthirsty,
Take not away my nefesh with chatta’im (sinners), nor my Chai (life) with anshei damim;
Do not gather my soul with the sinners, nor my life with the bloody men,
Sweep me not away with sinners, nor my life with bloodthirsty men,
Sweep me not away with sinners, nor my life with bloodthirsty men,
Do not take my soul away with sinners, nor my life with people of bloodshed—
When Your wrath pursues those who oppose You, those swift to sin and thirsty for blood, spare my soul and grant me life.
Don’t gather my soul with sinners, nor my life with bloodthirsty men
God, lose thou not my soul with unfaithful men; and my life with men of bloods. (God, do not thou destroy me along with the unfaithful; and do not take away my life along with those who thirst for blood, that is, murderers.)
