Let not an evil speaker be established on the earth; evil shall hunt the violent man to overthrow him.”
An evil speaker shall not be established in the earth: Evil shall hunt the violent man to overthrow him.
“Do not let a slanderer be established in the earth; Let evil quickly hunt the violent man [to overthrow him and stop his evil acts].”
Let not a man of slanderous tongue be established in the earth; let evil hunt the violent man to overthrow him [let calamity follow his evildoings].

Do not let a slanderer stay in the land. Let evil relentlessly hunt down a violent man.

Let no slanderer be safe in the land. Let calamity hunt down violent people—and quickly!
May burning coals rain down on them, may they be flung into the fire, flung into deep pits, never to rise again.
Chase those cruel liars away! Let trouble hunt them down.
Let not the man of [evil] tongue be established in the earth: evil shall hunt the man of violence to [his] ruin.
Don’t let those cruel liars enjoy success here. Let disaster hunt them down.
People who tell cruel lies should not live in our land. Trouble will happen to people who like to fight. Bad trouble will knock them down!
Do not let the slanderer be established in the land. As for the man of violence— may evil hunt him and beat him down.
Let not the slanderer be established in the land; let evil hunt down the violent man speedily!

Don’t let ·liars [L a tongue-man] ·settle [be established] in the land. Let evil ·quickly [or with blows] hunt down ·cruel [violent] people.
For the backbiter shall not be established upon the earth, evil shall hunt the cruel man to destruction.
Do not let slanderers prosper on earth. Let evil hunt down violent people with one blow after another.
May those who accuse others falsely not succeed; may evil overtake violent people and destroy them.
Do not let a slanderer stay in the land. Let evil relentlessly hunt down a violent man.
Don’t let liars settle in the land. Let evil quickly hunt down cruel men.

Do not let the man whose talking hurts people stand in the land. May trouble hurry to catch and destroy the man who wants to hurt others.”

An evil speaker won’t be established in the earth. Evil will hunt the violent man to overthrow him.
A man that is a great jangler shall not be (well-) directed in earth (A man who is a great gossip, or a slanderer, shall not be successful in the world); evils shall take an unjust man in(to) perishing.
A talkative man is not established in the earth, One of violence -- evil hunteth to overflowing.
