For the Lord hath chosen Zion; He hath desired it for His habitation:
For Jehovah hath chosen Zion; He hath desired it for his habitation.
For the Lord has chosen Zion; He has desired it for His dwelling place:
For the Lord has chosen Zion, He has desired it for His habitation:
For the Lord hath chosen Zion; he hath desired it for his habitation.
For the Lord has chosen Zion; he has desired it for his home:
For the Lord has chosen Zion; he has desired it for his home:
Because the Lord chose Zion; he wanted it for his home.
For Adonai has chosen Tziyon, he has wanted it as his home.
You have gladly chosen Zion as your home, our Lord.
For Jehovah hath chosen Zion; he hath desired it for his dwelling:
The Lord has chosen Zion to be the place for his Temple, the place he wanted for his home.
The Lord has chosen Zion to be his home.
For the Lord has chosen Zion. He has desired it for his dwelling.
For the Lord has chosen Zion; he has desired it for his dwelling place:
For the Lord has chosen Zion; he has desired it for his dwelling place:
The Lord has chosen ·Jerusalem [L Zion; C the location of the Temple]; he ·wants [desires] it for his home.
For the Lord hath chosen Zion, and loved to dwell in it, saying,
The Lord has chosen Zion. He wants it for his home.
The Lord has chosen Zion; he wants to make it his home:
For the Lord has chosen Zion; He has desired it for His home:
The Lord has chosen Jerusalem. He wants it for his home.
For the Lord has chosen Zion, desiring it as his dwelling place.
For the LORD has chosen Zion; he has desired her for his habitation.
For the Lord hath chosen Zion; he hath desired it for his habitation.
For the Lord hath chosen Zion; he hath desired it for his habitation.
For Yahweh has chosen Zion; He has desired it for His habitation.
For Yahweh has chosen Zion; he has desired it for his habitation.
O Lord, you have chosen Jerusalem as your home:
God gave David his word, he won’t back out on this promise: “One of your sons I will set on your throne; If your sons stay true to my Covenant and learn to live the way I teach them, Their sons will continue the line— always a son to sit on your throne. Yes—I, God, chose Zion, the place I wanted for my shrine; This will always be my home; this is what I want, and I’m here for good. I’ll shower blessings on the pilgrims who come here, and give supper to those who arrive hungry; I’ll dress my priests in salvation clothes; the holy people will sing their hearts out! Oh, I’ll make the place radiant for David! I’ll fill it with light for my anointed! I’ll dress his enemies in dirty rags, but I’ll make his crown sparkle with splendor.”
For the Lord has chosen Zion; He has desired it for His dwelling:
Yahweh has chosen Zion. He wants it for his home.
Yes, the Lord has chosen Zion, desired it for a dwelling:
For the Lord has chosen Zion; He has desired it as His dwelling place.
For the Lord has chosen Zion; He has desired it for His habitation.
For the Lord has chosen Zion; he has designated it for his home:
The Lord has chosen Jerusalem; he wants it for his home.
Certainly the Lord has chosen Zion; he decided to make it his home.
The Lord has chosen Zion. That’s the place where he wants to live.
For the Lord has chosen Zion, he has desired it for his dwelling, saying,

For the Eternal selected Zion; He desired it as His holy place of residence.
For Yahweh has chosen Zion. He has desired it for his habitation.
For the Lord chose Zion; he chose it into (a) dwelling to himself (he chose it for his dwelling place).
