Lord, change our circumstances for the better, like dry streams in the desert waste!
Return our people from exile, Adonai, as streams fill vadis in the Negev.
Our Lord, we ask you to bless our people again, and let us be like streams in the Southern Desert.

As arrows in the hand of the mighty, so the children of them that have been shaken.
So, Lord, bring back the good times, like a desert stream filled again with flowing water.
Lord, please bless us like before. That will be like streams of water that return to the desert.
Restore our fortunes, O Lord, like the dry gulches of the Negev.
