And Edom said unto him: “Thou shalt not pass by me, lest I come out against thee with the sword.”
And Edom said unto him, Thou shalt not pass through me, lest I come out with the sword against thee.
But [the king of] Edom said to him, “You shall not pass through my territory, or I will come out against you with the sword.”
But Edom said to him, You shall not go through, lest I come out against you with the sword.
And Edom said unto him, Thou shalt not pass by me, lest I come out against thee with the sword.
But Edom answered him, “You will not travel through our land, or we will come out and confront you with the sword.”
But Edom answered him, ‘You will not travel through our land, or we will come out and confront you with the sword.’
Edom said to him, “You won’t cross through, or I will come out against you with a sword.”
But Edom answered, “You are not to pass through my land; if you do, I will come out against you with the sword.”
But the king of Edom answered, “No, I won't let you go through our country! And if you try, we will attack you.”
But Edom said to him, Thou shalt not pass by me, lest I come out against thee with the sword.
And Edom answered them: Thou shalt not pass by me: if thou dost I will come out armed against thee.
But the king of Edom answered, “You may not travel through our land. If you try to travel through our land, we will come and fight you with swords.”
The king of Edom said, ‘You must not travel through my country. If you do, we will bring our army to attack you.’
Edom said to him, “You must not pass through our territory, or we will go out to meet you with the sword.”
But Edom said to him, “You shall not pass through, lest I come out with the sword against you.”
But Edom said to him, “You shall not pass through, lest I come out with the sword against you.”
But the king of Edom answered: “You may not pass through here. If you try, I will come and meet you with swords.”
And Edom answered him, Thou shalt not pass by me, lest I come out against thee with the sword.
But the Edomites answered, “You may not pass through our country. If you try, we’ll come out and attack you.”
But the Edomites answered, “We refuse to let you pass through our country! If you try, we will march out and attack you.”
But Edom answered him, “You must not travel through our land, or we will come out and confront you with the sword.”
But the king of Edom answered: “You may not pass through here. If you try, I will come and meet you with swords.”
But Edom replied, “You are not to pass through my land. If you do, I’ll come out and start a war with you.”
And Edom replied unto him, Thou shalt not pass by me lest I come out against thee with the sword.

But the king of Edom said, “Stay out! If you attempt to enter my land, I will meet you with an army!”
The king of Edom answered, “Not on your life. If you so much as set a foot on my land, I’ll kill you.”
Edom said to him, “You will not pass through me, lest with the sword I come out against you.”
But the Edomites answered, “You may not pass through our country. If you try, we’ll come out and attack you.”
But Edom answered him, “You shall not pass through here; if you do, I will advance against you with the sword.”
Edom, however, said to him, “You shall not pass through us, or I will come out with the sword against you.”

But Edom said, “You will not pass through. Otherwise, I will come out against you with the sword.”
But the king of Edom answered: “You may not pass through here. If you try, I will come and meet you with swords.”

But the people of Edom answered, “We won’t let you pass through here. If you try to, we’ll march out against you. We’ll attack you with our swords.”
But Edom answered: “You may not pass through here; if you try, we will march out and attack you with the sword.”
But Edom answered: ‘You may not pass through here; if you try, we will march out and attack you with the sword.’
Then Edom said to him, “You shall not pass through my land, lest I come out against you with the sword.”
But Edom said to him, “You must not pass through, or I will come out with the sword against you.”
But the king of Edom said, “Stay out of my land, or I will meet you with an army!”
But Edom said to him, ‘You shall not pass through, or we will come out with the sword against you.’
But Edom said to him, ‘You shall not pass through, or we will come out with the sword against you.’

Edom’s Message: No. If you so much as put a foot in our territory, we’ll attack you.
Edom said to him, “You shall not pass through me, lest I come out with the sword against you.”
To whom Edom answered, Ye shall not pass by me, else I shall be armed, and come against thee. (To whom the Edomites answered, Ye shall not pass through our land, and if ye try, we shall be armed, and shall come out against thee.)
And Edom saith unto him, `Thou dost not pass over through me, lest with sword I come out to meet thee.'
