So He stood over her and rebuked the fever, and it left her. And immediately she rose and served them.

Jesus stands over her, and just as He had rebuked the demon, He rebukes the fever, and the woman’s temperature returns to normal. She feels so much better that she gets right up and cooks them all a big meal.

He went and stood beside her. He told the fever to leave her. It left. She got up right away and began to do things for them.
