And thou, Capernaum, which art exalted to heaven, shall be thrust down to hell.
And thou, Capernaum, shalt thou be exalted unto heaven? thou shalt be brought down unto Hades.
And you, Capernaum, will not be exalted to heaven, will you? You will descend to Hades (the realm of the dead).
And you, Capernaum, will you be exalted unto heaven? You shall be brought down to Hades (the regions of the dead).
And thou, Capernaum, which art exalted to heaven, shalt be thrust down to hell.
And you, Capernaum, will you be exalted to heaven? No, you will go down to Hades.
And you, Capernaum, will you be exalted to heaven? No, you will go down to Hades.
And you, Capernaum, will you be honored by being raised up to heaven? No, you will be cast down to the place of the dead.
“And you, K’far-Nachum, will you be exalted to heaven? No, you will be brought down to Sh’ol!
People of Capernaum, do you think you will be honored in heaven? Well, you will go down to hell!
And *thou*, Capernaum, who hast been raised up to heaven, shalt be brought down even to hades.
And you, Capernaum, will you be exalted up to heaven? You will go-down as far as Hades.
And thou, Capharnaum, which art exalted unto heaven, thou shalt be thrust down to hell.
And you, Capernaum, will you be lifted up to heaven? No, you will be thrown down to the place of death!
And what will happen to you people in Capernaum? You think that God will lift you up to heaven, do you? No! He will throw you down to Hades, the place for dead people!’
And you, Capernaum, will you be lifted up to heaven? No, you will be brought down to hell.
And you, Capernaum, will you be exalted to heaven? You shall be brought down to Hades.
And you, Capernaum, will you be exalted to heaven? You shall be brought down to Hades.
And you, Capernaum [C a town in Galilee where Jesus lived and ministered], will you be ·lifted up to [honored/exalted in] heaven? No! You will be thrown down to ·the depths [the place of the dead; hell; L Hades; Is. 14:13–15]!
And thou, Capernaum, which art exalted to heaven, shalt be thrust down to hell.
And you, Capernaum, will you be lifted to heaven? No, you will go to hell!
And as for you, Capernaum! Did you want to lift yourself up to heaven? You will be thrown down to hell!”
And you, Capernaum, will you be exalted to heaven? No, you will go down to Hades!
And you, Capernaum, will you be lifted up to heaven? No! You will be thrown down to the depths!
And you, Capernaum! You won’t be lifted up to heaven, will you? You’ll go down to Hell!
Alas for you, Chorazin, and alas for you, Bethsaida! For if Tyre and Sidon had seen the demonstrations of God’s power that you have seen, they would have repented long ago and sat in sackcloth and ashes. It will be better for Tyre and Sidon in the judgment than for you! As for you, Capernaum, are you on your way up to heaven? I tell you, you will go hurtling down among the dead!”
And thou, Capernaum, which art exalted unto the heavens, shalt be thrust down to Hades.
And thou, Capernaum, which art exalted to heaven, shalt be thrust down to hell.
And thou, Capernaum, which art exalted to heaven, shalt be thrust down to hell.
And you, Capernaum, will you be exalted to heaven? You will be brought down to Hades!
And you, Capernaum, will you be exalted to heaven? No! You will be brought down to Hades!
And you people of Capernaum, what shall I say about you? Will you be exalted to heaven? No, you shall be brought down to hell.”
“And you, Capernaum! Do you think you’re about to be promoted to heaven? Think again. You’re on a fast track to hell.
And you, Capernaum, will you be exalted to heaven? You will be thrust down to hell.
And you, Capernaum! Will you be exalted to heaven? No. You will go down to · Hades.
And you, Capernaum, will you be lifted to heaven? No, you will go to hell!
And as for you, Capernaum, ‘Will you be exalted to heaven? You will go down to the netherworld.’
And you, Capernaum, will not be exalted to heaven, will you? You will be brought down to Hades!
And you, Capernaum, will not be exalted to heaven, will you? You will be brought down to Hades!
And as for you, Capernaum: Will you be exalted to heaven? You will be brought down to the netherworld.
And you, Capernaum, will you be lifted up to heaven? No! You will be thrown down to the depths!
And you, Capernaum, will you be exalted to heaven? No, you will be thrown down to Hades!
And what about you, Capernaum? Will you be lifted up to the heavens? No! You will go down to the place of the dead.
And you, Capernaum, will you be lifted to the heavens? No, you will go down to Hades.
And you, Capernaum, will you be lifted to the heavens? No, you will go down to Hades.
And you, Capernaum, who are exalted to heaven, will be brought down to Hades.
And you, Capernaum, are you to be lifted up into heaven? You will be taken down to hell.
And you people of Capernaum, will you be honored in heaven? No, you will go down to the place of the dead.”
And you, Capernaum, who are exalted to heaven, will be thrust down to hell.
And you, Capernaum, will you be exalted to heaven? No, you will be brought down to Hades.
And you, Capernaum, will you be exalted to heaven? No, you will be brought down to Hades.

And you, Capernaum—you want to be lifted up to heaven, do you? No: you’ll be sent down to Hades!
And you, Kfar-Nachum, surely not up to Shomayim will you be exalted? To Gehinnom you will descend!
“And you, Capernaum, who is exalted to Heaven, shall be thrust down to Hades.
And you, Caper′na-um, will you be exalted to heaven? You shall be brought down to Hades.
And you, Caper′na-um, will you be exalted to heaven? You shall be brought down to Hades.
And you, Capernaum? You won’t be lifted up to heaven, will you? No, you will go down as far as Sheol.
It’s going to be bad for you, too, Capernaum! Will you be celebrated to heaven? No, you will go down to the place of the dead.
You, Capernaum, who are exalted to heaven, will be brought down to Hades.
Capernaum, will you be lifted up to the sky? No, you will go down to the place of the dead.
And thou, Capernaum, art enhanced till to heaven; thou shalt be drowned till into hell [thou shalt be drowned down into hell].
