and if ye shall despise My statutes, or if your soul abhor My judgments so that ye will not do all My commandments, but that ye break My covenant,
and if ye shall reject my statutes, and if your soul abhor mine ordinances, so that ye will not do all my commandments, but break my covenant;
if, instead, you reject My statutes, and if your soul rejects My ordinances, so that you will not [obediently] do all My commandments, and in this way break My covenant,
And if you spurn and despise My statutes, and if your soul despises and rejects My ordinances, so that you will not do all My commandments, but break My covenant,
And if ye shall despise my statutes, or if your soul abhor my judgments, so that ye will not do all my commandments, but that ye break my covenant:
if you reject my statutes and despise my ordinances, and do not observe all my commands—and break my covenant,
if you reject my statutes and despise my ordinances, and do not observe all my commands – and break my covenant,
if you reject my rules and despise my regulations, not doing all my commands and breaking my covenant—
if you loathe my regulations and reject my rulings, in order not to obey all my mitzvot but cancel my covenant;
If you disobey me and my laws, and if you break our agreement,
and if ye shall despise my statutes, and if your soul shall abhor mine ordinances, so that ye do not all my commandments, that ye break my covenant,
If you despise my laws, and contemn my judgments so as not to do those things which are appointed by me, and to make void my covenant:
If you refuse to obey my laws and commands, you have broken my agreement.
The people may not respect or obey God's rules. So they will not be doing what they promised to him.
if you reject my regulations and you detest my ordinances so much that you do not obey all my commandments, so that you break my covenant,
if you spurn my statutes, and if your soul abhors my rules, so that you will not do all my commandments, but break my covenant,
if you spurn my statutes, and if your soul abhors my rules, so that you will not do all my commandments, but break my covenant,
and if you ·turn away from [disdain] my ·rules [statutes; ordinances; requirements] and ·hate [abhor] my ·laws [regulations], refusing to obey all my commands, you have broken our ·agreement [covenant; treaty].
And if ye shall despise mine ordinances, either if your soul abhor my laws, so that ye will not do all my Commandments, but break my Covenant,
if you reject my laws and look at my rules with disgust, if you reject my promise by disobeying my commands,

and if you refuse my statutes, loathe my ordinances, and fail to carry out all of my commands, thereby breaching my covenant,
and if ye shall despise my statutes or if your soul should abhor my rights so that ye will not do all my commandments but that ye break my covenant,

and if you reject my statutes and if your inner self abhors my regulations, to not carry out all my commands by your breaking my covenant,
but reject my laws,
“But if you refuse to obey me and won’t observe my commandments, despising my decrees and holding my laws in contempt by your disobedience, making a shambles of my covenant, I’ll step in and pour on the trouble: debilitating disease, high fevers, blindness, your life leaking out bit by bit. You’ll plant seed but your enemies will eat the crops. I’ll turn my back on you and stand by while your enemies defeat you. People who hate you will govern you. You’ll run scared even when there’s no one chasing you.

Suppose you say no to my rules and turn away from my laws. And suppose you break my covenant by failing to carry out all my commands.
and if you reject my decrees and abhor my laws and fail to carry out all my commands and so violate my covenant,
and if you reject my decrees and abhor my laws and fail to carry out all my commands and so violate my covenant,
and if you despise My statutes, or if your soul abhors My judgments, so that you do not perform all My commandments, but break My covenant,
if you turn away from My Laws and do not want to do what I tell you to do, and do not do it, and so break My agreement,
and if you break my covenant by rejecting my decrees, treating my regulations with contempt, and refusing to obey my commands,

and if ye forsake my laws, and despise my dooms, that ye do not those things that be ordained of me, and that ye bring follily my covenant to nought, (and if ye forsake my laws, and despise my judgements, so that ye do not do those things that be ordained by me, but ye foolishly break my covenant,)
and if at My statutes ye kick, and if My judgments your soul loathe, so as not to do all My commands -- to your breaking My covenant --
