They shall be even an abomination unto you: ye shall not eat of their flesh, but ye shall hold their carcasses in abomination.

Yes, these will be detestable for you — you are not to eat their meat, and you are to detest their carcasses.
You may eat anything that lives in water and has fins and scales. But it would be disgusting for you to eat anything else that lives in water, and you must not even touch their dead bodies.
They shall be even an abomination unto you: of their flesh shall ye not eat, and their carcase ye shall have in abomination.
And detestable: their flesh you shall not eat, and their carcasses you shall avoid.
But you must not eat anything that lives in the sea or in a river and does not have fins and scales. Just the thought of eating such a creature should make you sick. This will never change. So don’t ever eat meat from anything like that. Don’t even touch its dead body!
They must not touch the dead bodies of the animals from the sea or the river. They must not eat the meat from those other animals.
and shall remain detestable to you. You shall not eat any of their meat, and you shall detest their carcasses.
You shall regard them as detestable; you shall not eat any of their flesh, and you shall detest their carcasses.

Don’t eat their meat; detest their carcasses. Anything living in the water that doesn’t have fins and scales is detestable to you.

Treat them as “unclean.” Do not eat their meat. Treat their dead bodies as “unclean.”
And since you are to regard them as unclean, you must not eat their meat; you must regard their carcasses as unclean.
