Mine eye runneth down with rivers of water for the destruction of the daughter of my people.

My people are destroyed! Tears flood my eyes,

I weep, and my eyes are red with all my tears. It is because the enemy has killed my people.
Streams of water run down from my eyes, because of the breaking of the daughter of my people.
