And they all came out with their troops, a people exceeding numerous as the sand that is on the sea shore, their horses also and chariots a very great multitude,
So the armies of all these kings came together. There were many fighting men and many horses and chariots. It was a very large army—it looked as if there were as many men as grains of sand on the seashore.
All these kings came with their big armies. They had many horses and chariots. The soldiers were too many to count.
They came out—they and all their divisions with them—a people as numerous as the sand on the seashore, together with very many horses and chariots.
And they came out with all their troops, a great horde, in number like the sand that is on the seashore, with very many horses and chariots.

All these kings responded by mobilizing their armies and uniting to crush Israel. Their combined troops, along with a vast array of horses and chariots, covered the landscape around the springs of Merom as far as one could see;
They came out in full force, all their troops massed together—a huge army, in number like sand on an ocean beach—to say nothing of all the horses and chariots. All these kings met and set up camp together at the Waters of Merom, ready to fight against Israel.
So these kings went out with all their armies, people as numerous as grains of sand on the seashore, with a large number of horses and chariots.
