Job 33:14
Print
For God speaketh once, yea twice, yet man perceiveth it not.
For God speaketh once, Yea twice, though man regardeth it not.
“For God speaks once, And even twice, yet no one notices it [including you, Job].
For God [does reveal His will; He] speaks not only once, but more than once, even though men do not regard it [including you, Job].
For God speaketh once, yea twice, yet man perceiveth it not.
For God speaks time and again, but a person may not notice it.
God speaks in one way, in two ways, but no one perceives it.
God speaks once, even twice, and still the hearer misses the point.
God speaks in different ways, and we don't always recognize his voice. *
For God speaketh once, and twice,—[and man] perceiveth it not—
God speaketh once, and repeateth not the selfsame thing the second time.
But maybe God does explain what he does but speaks in ways that people don’t understand.
God does speak to people. He speaks to them in many different ways. But often people do not recognize his voice.
God does speak, sometimes one way, sometimes another, but people do not pay attention to it.
For God speaks in one way, and in two, though man does not perceive it.
For God speaks in one way, and in two, though man does not perceive it.
God does speak—sometimes ·one way and sometimes another [or once and sometimes twice]— even though people may not ·understand [perceive] it.
For God speaketh once or twice, and one seeth it not.
“God speaks in one way, even in two ways without people noticing it:
Although God speaks again and again, no one pays attention to what he says.
For God speaks time and again, but a person may not notice it.
God does speak—sometimes one way and sometimes another. He speaks even though men may not understand it.
“God speaks time and time again— but nobody notices—
¶ Nevertheless, in one or two manners God speaks to the one who does not see.
For God speaketh once, yea twice, yet man perceiveth it not.
For God speaketh once, yea twice, yet man perceiveth it not.
Indeed God speaks once, Or twice, yet no one perceives it.
Indeed, God speaks in one way, even in two, yet someone does not perceive it.
“For God speaks again and again,
“But let me tell you, Job, you’re wrong, dead wrong! God is far greater than any human. So how dare you haul him into court, and then complain that he won’t answer your charges? God always answers, one way or another, even when people don’t recognize his presence.
For God speaks once, yes twice, yet man does not perceive it.
El speaks in one way, even in two ways without people noticing it:
For God does speak, once, even twice, though you do not see it:
Indeed God speaks once, Or twice, yet no one notices it.
“Indeed God speaks once, Or twice, yet no one notices it.
“For God does speak, first in one way and then in another, although we do not always perceive it.
God does speak—sometimes one way and sometimes another— even though people may not understand it.
“For God speaks, the first time in one way, the second time in another, though a person does not perceive it.
He speaks in one way and then another. But we do not even realize it.
For God does speak—now one way, now another— though no one perceives it.
For God does speak – now one way, now another – though no one perceives it.
For God may speak in one way, or in another, Yet man does not perceive it.
For God speaks once, or twice, and yet no one listens.
For God speaks again and again, though people do not recognize it.
For God speaks in one way, and in two, though people do not perceive it.
For God speaks in one way, and in two, though people do not perceive it.
For God speaks in one way, and in two, though people do not perceive it.
For God speaks in one way and in two, though people do not perceive it.
For El speaketh once, yea twice, yet man perceiveth it not.
For God speaks in one way, and in two, though man does not perceive it.
For God speaks in one way, and in two, though man does not perceive it.
Indeed, God speaks once, even twice, yet no one perceives it.
For God does speak in one way and even another way— yet no one may be able to perceive what He says.
For God speaks once, yes twice, though man pays no attention.
God speaketh once, and the second time he rehearseth not the same thing. (For God speaketh once, and he repeateth not the same thing a second time.)
For once doth God speak, and twice, (He doth not behold it.)
