Because He hath loosed my cord and afflicted me, they have also let loose the bridle before me.
For he hath loosed his cord, and afflicted me; And they have cast off the bridle before me.
“For God has loosed His bowstring [attacking me] and [He has] afflicted and humbled me; They have cast off the bridle [of restraint] before me.
For God has loosed my bowstring and afflicted and humbled me; they have cast off the bridle [of restraint] before me.
Because he hath loosed my cord, and afflicted me, they have also let loose the bridle before me.
Because God has loosened my bowstring and oppressed me, they have cast off restraint in my presence.

God has taken the string from my bow and made me weak, so they feel free to do whatever they want to me.
God has made me weak and helpless. People do to me anything that they want to do.
God has unhooked my bowstring, and he has afflicted me, so they throw off all restraint in my presence.
Because God has loosed my cord and humbled me, they have cast off restraint in my presence.

God has ·taken away my strength [L loosened my bowstring] and ·made me suffer [humiliated me], so they ·attack me with all their anger [L have removed all restraint before me].
Because that God hath loosed my cord and humbled me, they have loosed the bridle before me.
Because God has untied my cord and has made me suffer, they are no longer restrained in my presence.
Because God has made me weak and helpless, they turn against me with all their fury.
Because God has loosened my bowstring and oppressed me, they have cast off restraint in my presence.
God has taken away my strength and made me suffer. So they attack me with all their anger.
But God has loosened his cord and afflicted me; so they’ve cast off all restraints in my presence.
Because God has loosed my cord and afflicted me, they have also gone out of control before my face.

because he has loosened his bowstring and humbled me, and they have thrown off restraint in my presence.
For God has placed my life in jeopardy. These young men, having humbled me, now cast off all restraint before me.
“But now I’m the one they’re after, mistreating me, taunting and mocking. They abhor me, they abuse me. How dare those scoundrels—they spit in my face! Now that God has undone me and left me in a heap, they hold nothing back. Anything goes. They come at me from my blind side, trip me up, then jump on me while I’m down. They throw every kind of obstacle in my path, determined to ruin me— and no one lifts a finger to help me! They violate my broken body, trample through the rubble of my ruined life. Terrors assault me— my dignity in shreds, salvation up in smoke.
Because He has loosed my bowstring and afflicted me, they have cast off the bridle before me.

And since God has loosened my bowspring and humbled me, they have ceased to have any restraint in my presence.
God has taken away my strength and made me suffer, so they attack me with all their anger.
Because God has untied my tent cord and afflicted me, people throw off all restraint in my presence.
God has made my body weak. It’s like a tent that has fallen down. So those children do what they want to in front of me.
Now that God has unstrung my bow and afflicted me, they throw off restraint in my presence.

Because God has made the string of my bow loose and has troubled me, they have thrown off their respect for me.
For God has cut my bowstring. He has humbled me, so they have thrown off all restraint.

Because His cord He loosed and afflicteth me, And the bridle from before me, They have cast away.
