to make the weight for the winds, and He weigheth the waters by measure.
To make a weight for the wind: Yea, he meteth out the waters by measure.
“When He gave weight and pressure to the wind And allotted the waters by measure,
When He gave to the wind weight or pressure and allotted the waters by measure,
To make the weight for the winds; and he weigheth the waters by measure.
When God fixed the weight of the wind and distributed the water by measure,
When God fixed the weight of the wind and distributed the water by measure,
In order to weigh the wind, to prepare a measure for waters,
When he determined the force of the wind and parceled out water by measure,
When God divided out the wind and the water,
In making a weight for the wind, and meting out the waters by measure,
Who made a weight for the winds and weighed the waters by measure.
God gave the wind its power. He decided how big to make the oceans.
He decided how strong the wind must be. He decided the size of the seas.
He determines the weight of the wind, and he measures out the waters by volume.
When he gave to the wind its weight and apportioned the waters by measure,
When he gave to the wind its weight and apportioned the waters by measure,
When God gave ·power [substance; L weight] to the wind and measured the water,
To make the weight of the winds and to weigh the waters by measure.
When he gave the wind its force and measured the water ⌞in the sea⌟,
When God gave the wind its power And determined the size of the sea;
When God fixed the weight of the wind and limited the water by measure,
Wisdom began when God gave power to the wind. It was when he measured the water and put limits on it.
“He imparted weight to the wind; he regulated water by his measurement.
To make a weight for the wind and to supply water by measure,
To make the weight for the winds; and he weigheth the waters by measure.
to make the weight for the winds; and he weigheth the waters by measure.
When He set weight to the wind And meted out the waters by measure,
When he gave weight to the wind and he apportioned the waters by measure,
He makes the winds blow and sets the boundaries of the oceans.
“God alone knows the way to Wisdom, he knows the exact place to find it. He knows where everything is on earth, he sees everything under heaven. After he commanded the winds to blow and measured out the waters, Arranged for the rain and set off explosions of thunder and lightning, He focused on Wisdom, made sure it was all set and tested and ready. Then he addressed the human race: ‘Here it is! Fear-of-the-Lord—that’s Wisdom, and Insight means shunning evil.’”

When He imparted weight to the wind, And assessed the waters by measure,
“When He imparted weight to the wind And meted out the waters by measure,
“When God regulated the force of the wind and measured out the waters,
When God gave power to the wind and measured the water,
When he made the force of the wind and measured the waters with a gauge,
He made the mighty wind. He measured out the waters.
When he established the force of the wind and measured out the waters,

To establish a weight for the wind, And apportion the waters by measure.
He gave weight to the wind. He decided how much water would be in the sea.
He decided how hard the winds should blow and how much rain should fall.
When he gave to the wind its weight, and apportioned out the waters by measure;
When he gave to the wind its weight, and apportioned out the waters by measure;
When he gave to the wind its weight, and apportioned out the waters by measure;
When he gave to the wind its weight and apportioned out the waters by measure,
The weight He appointed for the ruach, and He weigheth the mayim by measure.
“to make the weight of the winds and to weigh the waters by measure.
When he gave to the wind its weight, and meted out the waters by measure;

When He made the force of the wind, and measured out the waters,
He lent the wind its weight and force and measured out the waters’ spread.
He establishes the force of the wind. Yes, he measures out the waters by measure.
He hath made weight to winds (He hath made a counter-weight for the winds), and he hath weighed (the) waters in measure.
To make for the wind a weight, And the waters He meted out in measure.
