For God maketh my heart soft, and the Almighty troubleth me;
For God hath made my heart faint, And the Almighty hath terrified me;

For God has made my heart faint, timid, and broken, and the Almighty has terrified me,
For God maketh my heart soft, and the Almighty troubleth me:
God has made my heart faint; the Almighty has terrified me.

God has weakened my mind; the Almighty has frightened me.
God has undermined my courage; Shaddai frightens me.
makes me tremble with fear.
For God hath made my heart soft, and the Almighty troubleth me;
God hath softened my heart, and the Almighty hath troubled me.
The fear of God has made me lose my courage. God All-Powerful makes me afraid.
God has made me become weak with fear. Almighty God has frightened me.
God has made me lose heart. The Almighty has terrified me.
God has made my heart faint; the Almighty has terrified me;
God has made my heart faint; the Almighty has terrified me;
God has made ·me afraid [L my heart timid]; ·the Almighty [L Shaddai] terrifies me.
For God hath softened mine heart, and the Almighty hath troubled me.
God has discouraged me. The Almighty has filled me with terror.
Almighty God has destroyed my courage. It is God, not the dark, that makes me afraid— even though the darkness has made me blind.
God has made my heart faint; the Almighty has terrified me.
God has made me afraid. God All-Powerful has made me terribly afraid.
God has caused me to faint; the Almighty makes me terrified!
For God has made my heart tender, and the Almighty has frightened me.
For God maketh my heart soft, and the Almighty troubleth me:

It is God who has made my heart faint, And the Almighty who has dismayed me,
Indeed, God has made my heart faint, and Shaddai has terrified me.
God has given me a fainting heart; he, the Almighty, has terrified me with darkness all around me, thick, impenetrable darkness everywhere.
“But he is singular and sovereign. Who can argue with him? He does what he wants, when he wants to. He’ll complete in detail what he’s decided about me, and whatever else he determines to do. Is it any wonder that I dread meeting him? Whenever I think about it, I get scared all over again. God makes my heart sink! God Almighty gives me the shudders! I’m completely in the dark, I can’t see my hand in front of my face.”
For God makes my heart soft, and the Almighty troubles me;

For it is God who has made my heart faint, the Almighty who has terrified me.

God has caused my courage to fail; the Almighty has filled me with dread.
God has made me afraid; the Almighty terrifies me.

God has made my heart weak. The Mighty One has filled me with terror.
God has made my heart faint; the Almighty has terrified me.

For God made my heart weak, And the Almighty terrifies me;
God has made my heart weak. The All-powerful has filled me with fear.
God has made me sick at heart; the Almighty has terrified me.

For El maketh my lev dejected, and Shaddai troubleth me,
“For God has softened my heart. And the Almighty has terrified me.

God has made my heart faint; Shaddai has terrified me.
Yes, God has melted my courage, and the Highest One has overwhelmed me with His terror.
For God has made my heart faint. The Almighty has terrified me.
God hath made nesh mine heart (God hath made my heart weak, or faint), and Almighty God hath troubled me.
And God hath made my heart soft, And the Mighty hath troubled me.
