He shall not see the rivers, the floods, the brooks of honey and butter.
He shall not look upon the rivers, The flowing streams of honey and butter.
“He does not look at the rivers, The flowing streams of honey and butter [to enjoy his wealth].
He shall not look upon the rivers, the flowing streams of honey and butter [to enjoy his wealth].
He shall not see the rivers, the floods, the brooks of honey and butter.
He will not enjoy the streams, the rivers flowing with honey and curds.
They won’t experience streams, rivers of honey, and brooks of cream.
He will not enjoy the rivers, the streams flowing with honey and cream.
and never enjoy rivers flowing with milk and honey.
He shall not see streams, rivers, brooks of honey and butter.
(Let him not see the streams of the river, the brooks of honey and of butter.)
He will never again enjoy so much wealth— rivers flowing with honey and cream.
He will never enjoy the good things that the earth provides. He will not enjoy the honey and milk which pours out like rivers of water.
He will not see the streams, the rivers that flow with honey and cream.
He will not look upon the rivers, the streams flowing with honey and curds.

They will not ·admire [L look at] ·the sparkling streams [or streams of oil] or the rivers flowing with honey and ·cream [or butter; or curds].

He won’t be able to drink from the streams or from the rivers of honey and buttermilk.
They will not live to see rivers of olive oil or streams that flow with milk and honey.
He will not enjoy the streams, the rivers flowing with honey and cream.
He will not admire the sparkling streams or the rivers flowing with honey and cream.
He won’t look at the rivers— the torrents of honey and curd.

He shall not enjoy the goods he stole; they will not be butter and honey to him after all.
“They savor evil as a delicacy, roll it around on their tongues, Prolong the flavor, a dalliance in decadence— real gourmets of evil! But then they get stomach cramps, a bad case of food poisoning. They gag on all that rich food; God makes them vomit it up. They gorge on evil, make a diet of that poison— a deadly diet—and it kills them. No quiet picnics for them beside gentle streams with fresh-baked bread and cheese, and tall, cool drinks. They spit out their food half-chewed, unable to relax and enjoy anything they’ve worked for. And why? Because they exploited the poor, took what never belonged to them.
He will not see the streams, the rivers, the brooks of honey and butter.
