The righteous also shall hold to his way, and he that hath clean hands shall be stronger and stronger.

“Nevertheless the righteous will hold to his ways, And he who has clean hands will grow stronger and stronger.
Yet shall the righteous (those upright and in right standing with God) hold to their ways, and he who has clean hands shall grow stronger and stronger.
The righteous also shall hold on his way, and he that hath clean hands shall be stronger and stronger.
Yet the righteous person will hold to his way, and the one whose hands are clean will grow stronger.

The innocent clings to his way; the one whose hands are clean grows stronger.

They would do the right thing and because they did, they would grow stronger.
But the righteous shall hold on his way, and he that hath clean hands shall increase in strength.
And the just man shall hold on his way, and he that hath clean hands shall be stronger and stronger.
But those who do right will continue to do what is right. Those who are not guilty grow stronger and stronger.
Righteous people continue to do things that are right. People who do good things become stronger.
In spite of it all, the righteous hold tight to their ways, and everyone with clean hands grows stronger.
Yet the righteous holds to his way, and he who has clean hands grows stronger and stronger.
Yet the righteous holds to his way, and he who has clean hands grows stronger and stronger.
But ·those who do right [the righteous] will ·continue to do right [L hold on to their way], and those whose hands are ·not dirty with sin [L clean; C in a ritual sense] will grow stronger.

Those who claim to be respectable are more and more convinced they are right.
Yet the righteous person will hold to his way, and the one whose hands are clean will grow stronger.
But people who do right will continue to do right. And those whose hands are not dirty with sin will grow stronger.
But the righteous person will hold to his way, and those with clean hands will grow stronger and stronger.”
