Job 16:8
And Thou hast filled me with wrinkles, which is a witness against me; and my leanness rising up in me beareth witness to my face.
And thou hast laid fast hold on me, which is a witness against me: And my leanness riseth up against me, It testifieth to my face.
“You have taken a firm hold on me and have shriveled me up, It has become a witness [against me]; And my leanness [and infirmity] rises up [as evidence] against me, It testifies to my face [about my guilt].

Besides, you have shriveled me up; and this serves to witness against me. My being so thin rises up against me and testifies to my face.

But now my sorrow hath oppressed me, and all my limbs are brought to nothing.
You have made me thin and weak, and people think that means I am guilty.
You have taken hold of me. Because of my troubles, people think that I am guilty. Because my body is so thin, people think that I have done bad things.
You have made me shrivel up, and this testifies against me. My emaciated body stands up and is a witness against me.
And he has shriveled me up, which is a witness against me, and my leanness has risen up against me; it testifies to my face.

You have seized me; you are my enemy. I am skin and bones, and people take that as proof of my guilt.
You have shriveled me up—it has become a witness; My frailty rises up against me and testifies to my face.

You’ve arrested me, making me testify against myself! My leanness rises up to attack me, accusing me to my face.

Thus you shriveled me up; it became a witness. And my leanness has risen up against me; it testifies to my face.
O God, you have turned me to skin and bones—as a proof, they say, of my sins.
“When I speak up, I feel no better; if I say nothing, that doesn’t help either. I feel worn down. God, you have wasted me totally—me and my family! You’ve shriveled me like a dried prune, showing the world that you’re against me. My gaunt face stares back at me from the mirror, a mute witness to your treatment of me. Your anger tears at me, your teeth rip me to shreds, your eyes burn holes in me—God, my enemy! People take one look at me and gasp. Contemptuous, they slap me around and gang up against me. And God just stands there and lets them do it, lets wicked people do what they want with me. I was contentedly minding my business when God beat me up. He grabbed me by the neck and threw me around. He set me up as his target, then rounded up archers to shoot at me. Merciless, they shot me full of arrows; bitter bile poured from my gut to the ground. He burst in on me, onslaught after onslaught, charging me like a mad bull.

You have risen up as a witness against me; my gaunt appearance offers clear testimony to my plight.
You have made me thin and weak, and this shows I have done wrong.
You have seized me, and it has become a witness; my leanness has risen up against me and testifies against me.
People can see the condition he has put me in. My thin body stands as a witness against me.
You have shriveled me up—and it has become a witness; my gauntness rises up and testifies against me.

He has made me dry up, and this speaks against me. The wasting away of my body rises up against me. It speaks against me to my face.
As if to prove I have sinned, you’ve reduced me to skin and bones. My gaunt flesh testifies against me.
And he has shrivelled me up, which is a witness against me; my leanness has risen up against me, and it testifies to my face.

My rivellings say witnessing against me, and a false speaker is raised up against my face, and against-saith me. (My wrinkles testify against me, and a liar is raised up before me, and speaketh against me.)
And Thou dost loathe me, For a witness it hath been, And rise up against me doth my failure, In my face it testifieth.
