Jeremiah 20:18

Why came I forth out of the womb to see labor and sorrow, that my days should be consumed with shame?
Wherefore came I forth out of the womb to see labor and sorrow, that my days should be consumed with shame?
Why did I come out of the womb To see trouble and sorrow, So that my days have been filled with shame?
Why did I come out of the womb to see labor and sorrow, that my days should be consumed in shame?
Wherefore came I forth out of the womb to see labour and sorrow, that my days should be consumed with shame?
Why did I come out of the womb to see only struggle and sorrow, to end my life in shame?
Why was I ever born when all I see is suffering and misery, and my days are filled with shame?
Why did I have to emerge from the womb, just to see toil and sorrow, and end my days in shame?
Why did I have to be born? Was it just to suffer and die in shame?
Wherefore came I forth from the womb to see labour and sorrow, that my days should be consumed in shame?
Why came I out of the womb, to see labour and sorrow, and that my days should be spent in confusion?
Why did I have to come out of her body? All I have seen is trouble and sorrow, and my life will end in shame.
I should have stayed in that safe place. In my life, I only receive trouble and pain. When I die, all I will have is shame.
Why did I emerge from that womb to see trouble and sorrow, to finish my days in shame?
Why did I come out from the womb to see toil and sorrow, and spend my days in shame?
Why did I come out from the womb to see toil and sorrow, and spend my days in shame?
Why did I have to come out of ·my mother’s body [the womb]? All I have known is trouble and sorrow, and my ·life [days] will end in ·shame [humiliation; Job 3].
How is it, that I came forth of the womb, to see labor and sorrow, that my days should be consumed with shame?
Why did I come out of the womb? All I’ve seen is trouble and grief. I will finish my days in shame.
Why was I born? Was it only to have trouble and sorrow, to end my life in disgrace?
Why did I come out of the womb to see only struggle and sorrow, to end my life in shame?
Why did I have to come out of my mother’s body? All I have known is trouble and sorrow. And my life will end in shame.
Why did I ever come out of the womb to see trouble and sorrow, and to finish my life living in shame?
Why did I come forth out of the womb? To see labour and sorrow that my days should be consumed with shame?
Wherefore came I forth out of the womb to see labour and sorrow, that my days should be consumed with shame?
Wherefore came I forth out of the womb to see labour and sorrow, that my days should be consumed with shame?
Why did I ever come forth from the womb To look on trouble and sorrow, So that my days have been spent in shame?
Why did I come out from the womb, to see toil, and sorrow, and to end my days in shame?
Why was I ever born? For my life has been but trouble and sorrow and shame.
Curse the day I was born! The day my mother bore me— a curse on it, I say! And curse the man who delivered the news to my father: “You’ve got a new baby—a boy baby!” (How happy it made him.) Let that birth notice be blacked out, deleted from the records, And the man who brought it haunted to his death with the bad news he brought. He should have killed me before I was born, with that womb as my tomb, My mother pregnant for the rest of her life with a baby dead in her womb. Why, oh why, did I ever leave that womb? Life’s been nothing but trouble and tears, and what’s coming is more of the same.
Why did I come forth from the womb to see trouble and sorrow, so that my days are spent in shame?
Why did I come out of the womb? All I’ve seen is trouble and grief. I will finish my days in shame.
Why did I come forth from the womb, to see sorrow and pain, to end my days in shame?
Why did I ever come out of the womb To look at trouble and sorrow, So that my days have been spent in shame?
Why did I ever come forth from the womb To look on trouble and sorrow, So that my days have been spent in shame?
Why did I come forth from the womb to see toil and sorrow and spend my days in shame?
Why did I have to come out of my mother’s body? All I have known is trouble and sorrow, and my life will end in shame.
Why did I ever come forth from my mother’s womb? All I experience is trouble and grief, and I spend my days in shame.
Why did I ever come out of my mother’s body? I’ve seen nothing but trouble and sorrow. My days will end in shame.
Why did I ever come out of the womb to see trouble and sorrow and to end my days in shame?
Why did I ever come out of the womb to see trouble and sorrow and to end my days in shame?
Why did I come forth from the womb to see labor and sorrow, That my days should be consumed with shame?
Why was I ever born to see trouble and sorrow, and spend my days in shame?

Why did I come forth from the womb to see toil and sorrow and spend my days in shame?
Why came I forth out of the womb to see amal (trouble, toil) and sorrow, that my days should be consumed with shame?
Why did I come forth from the womb to see toil and sorrow, and spend my days in shame?
Why did I come forth from the womb to see toil and sorrow, and spend my days in shame?
Why did I ever come forth out of the womb to see trouble and sorrow, and my days end in shame?
Why was I ever born? To watch such tragedy? To feel such sorrow? To live my days in utter shame?
Why did I come out of the womb to see labor and sorrow, that my days should be consumed with shame?
Why went I out of the womb, that I should see travail and sorrow, and that my days shall be wasted in shame? (O why was I born, so that I could see struggle, or trouble, and sorrow, and that my days would be wasted in shame?)
Why [is] this? from the womb I have come out, To see labour and sorrow, Yea, consumed in shame are my days!
