Let the brother of low degree rejoice in that he is exalted,
But let the brother of low degree glory in his high estate:
Let the brother in humble circumstances glory in his high position [as a born-again believer, called to the true riches and to be an heir of God];
Let the brother in humble circumstances glory in his elevation [as a Christian, called to the true riches and to be an heir of God],
Let the brother of low degree rejoice in that he is exalted:
Let the brother of humble circumstances boast in his exaltation,
Let the brother of humble circumstances boast in his exaltation,
Brothers and sisters who are poor should find satisfaction in their high status.
Let the brother in humble circumstances boast about his high position.
Any of God's people who are poor should be glad he thinks so highly of them.
But let the brother of low degree glory in his elevation,
And let the lowly brother be boasting in his height,
But let the brother of low condition glory in his exaltation:
Believers who are poor should be glad that God considers them so important.
The believers in your group who are poor should be happy. Why? Because God says that they are valuable to him.
Let the brother of humble circumstances boast in his high position,
Let the lowly brother boast in his exaltation,
Let the lowly brother boast in his exaltation,
·Believers [Brothers or sisters] who are ·poor [in lowly/humble circumstances] should ·take pride [boast] ·that God has made them spiritually rich [in being raised up; in their exaltation; in their high position].
Let the brother of low degree rejoice in that he is exalted:
Humble believers should be proud because being humble makes them important.
Those Christians who are poor must be glad when God lifts them up,
The brother of humble circumstances should boast in his exaltation,
If a believer is poor, he should take pride that God has made him spiritually rich.
A brother of humble means should rejoice in his having been exalted,
The brother who is poor may be glad because God has called him to the true riches.
Let the brother of low degree rejoice in his high status;
Let the brother of low degree rejoice in that he is exalted:

But the brother of humble circumstances is to boast in his high position;
Now let the brother of humble circumstances boast in his high position,
A Christian who doesn’t amount to much in this world should be glad, for he is great in the Lord’s sight.
When down-and-outers get a break, cheer! And when the arrogant rich are brought down to size, cheer! Prosperity is as short-lived as a wildflower, so don’t ever count on it. You know that as soon as the sun rises, pouring down its scorching heat, the flower withers. Its petals wilt and, before you know it, that beautiful face is a barren stem. Well, that’s a picture of the “prosperous life.” At the very moment everyone is looking on in admiration, it fades away to nothing.
Let the brother of low degree rejoice in that he is exalted,
Let the brother of limited means take pride · · in · his high position,
Humble believers should be proud because being humble makes them important.
The brother in lowly circumstances should take pride in his high standing,
Now the brother or sister of humble circumstances is to glory in his high position;
But the brother of humble circumstances is to glory in his high position;
The brother who is in modest circumstances should take pride in being raised up.
Believers who are poor should take pride that God has made them spiritually rich.
Now the believer of humble means should take pride in his high position.
Here’s what believers who are in low positions in life should be proud of. They should be proud that God has given them a high position in the kingdom.
Believers in humble circumstances ought to take pride in their high position.
Believers in humble circumstances ought to take pride in their high position.
Let the lowly brother glory in his exaltation,
A Christian brother who has few riches of this world should be happy for what he has. He is great in the eyes of God.
Believers who are poor have something to boast about, for God has honored them.
Let the brother of low degree rejoice in that he is exalted,
Let the believer who is lowly boast in being raised up,
Let the believer who is lowly boast in being raised up,
Let the believer who is lowly boast in being raised up,
Let the brother or sister of humble means boast in having a high position
Brothers and sisters who find themselves impoverished should celebrate the fact that they have risen to this height—
But let the Ach b’Moshiach of shiflut (lowliness) glory in the da’as that Hashem will exalt him.
Let the brother of low degree rejoice, in that he is exalted;
Let the lowly brother boast in his exaltation,
Let the lowly brother boast in his exaltation,
But let the brother in humble circumstances boast in his high position—
If you are a brother of humble means, celebrate the fact that God has raised you up.
Let the brother in humble circumstances glory in his high position;
A Christian brother who is poor should be glad: he is in a high place now he is a Christian.
And a meek brother have glory in his enhancing. [Forsooth a meek brother glory in his enhancing.]
