There is none to guide her among all the sons whom she hath brought forth; neither is there any that taketh her by the hand of all the sons that she hath brought up.

Jerusalem had many people, but none of them became leaders for her. None of the children she raised became guides to lead her.
Among all of Jerusalem's people, there was nobody left to be your leader. There was nobody who could take care of you.
There is no one to guide her from among all the sons she bore. There is no one to take her hand from among all the sons she raised.
There is none to guide her among all the sons she has borne; there is none to take her by the hand among all the sons she has brought up.

So wake up! Rub the sleep from your eyes! Up on your feet, Jerusalem! You’ve drunk the cup God handed you, the strong drink of his anger. You drank it down to the last drop, staggered and collapsed, dead-drunk. And nobody to help you home, no one among your friends or children to take you by the hand and put you in bed. You’ve been hit with a double dose of trouble —does anyone care? Assault and battery, hunger and death —will anyone comfort? Your sons and daughters have passed out, strewn in the streets like stunned rabbits, Sleeping off the strong drink of God’s anger, the rage of your God.
There is no one to guide her among all the sons she has brought forth; nor is there anyone to take hold of her hand of all the sons that she has brought up.
From all the children she gave birth to, there was no one to guide her. From all the children she raised, there was no one to take her by the hand.
She has no one to guide her of all the children she bore; She has no one to take her by the hand, of all the children she reared!—

Ah, poor Jerusalem! No one comes to guide her along. Of all her people, all the ones whom the city nurtured and raised to adulthood, None take her hand now in her stupor of pain.
There is no one to guide her among all the sons to whom she has given birth; and there is no one who takes her by the hand among all the sons whom she has brought up.
None there is that sustaineth it, of all the sons which it engendered; and none there is that taketh the hand thereof, of all the sons which it nourished. (There is no one who sustaineth thee, of all those whom thou hath begat; and there is no one who taketh thy hand, of all those whom thou hath nourished.)
There is not a leader to her Out of all the sons she hath borne, And there is none laying hold on her hand Out of all the sons she hath nourished.
