Thy men shall fall by the sword, and thy mighty in the war.

The fighting men of Jerusalem will be killed in battle.
Thy men shall fall by the sword, and thy mighty in the fight;
Thy fairest men also shall fall by the sword, and thy valiant ones in battle.
Your men will be killed with swords. Your heroes will die in war.
The men of your city will die in war. Yes, your strong brave men will die in battle.
Your men will fall by the sword, and your mighty warriors in battle.
Your men shall fall by the sword and your mighty men in battle.
Your men shall fall by the sword and your mighty men in battle.
At that time your men will ·be killed with swords [L fall by the sword], and your ·heroes [mighty/strong ones] will die in war.

⌞Women,⌟ your warriors will die in combat. Your mighty men will die in battle.
The men of the city, yes, even the strongest men, will be killed in war.
Your men will fall by the sword, your warriors in battle.
At that time your men will be killed with swords. Your heroes will die in war.
Your men will die violently, while your forces fall in battle
Thy men shall fall by the sword, and thy mighty in the war.
Thy men shall fall by the sword, and thy mighty in the war.

Your men will fall by the sword And your mighty ones in battle.
Your men shall fall by the sword, and your warriors in battle.
Their husbands shall die in battle; the women, ravaged, shall sit crying on the ground.
Your finest fighting men will be killed, your soldiers left dead on the battlefield. The entrance gate to Zion will be clotted with people mourning their dead— A city stooped under the weight of her loss, brought to her knees by her sorrows. * * *
Your men shall fall by the sword, and your mighty in the war.
Women, your warriors will die in combat. Your mighty men will die in battle.
Your men will fall by the sword, and your champions, in war;
Your men will fall by the sword And your mighty ones in battle.

O Zion, your men will fall by the sword and your warriors will perish in battle.
At that time your men will be killed with swords, and your heroes will die in war.

Also thy fairest men shall fall by sword, and thy strong men shall fall in battle. (And thy best shall fall by the sword, and thy strong shall fall in battle.)
For instead of glory, thy men by sword do fall, And thy might in battle.
