But Benjamin, Joseph’s brother, Jacob sent not with his brethren, for he said, “Lest perhaps mischief befall him.”
But Benjamin, Joseph’s brother, Jacob sent not with his brethren; for he said, Lest peradventure harm befall him.
But Jacob did not send Benjamin, Joseph’s [younger] brother, with his brothers, for he said, “I am afraid that some harm or injury may come to him.”
But Benjamin, Joseph’s [full] brother, Jacob did not send with his brothers; for he said, Lest perhaps some harm or injury should befall him.
But Benjamin, Joseph’s brother, Jacob sent not with his brethren; for he said, Lest peradventure mischief befall him.
But Jacob did not send Joseph’s brother Benjamin with his brothers, for he thought, “Something might happen to him.”
But Jacob did not send Joseph’s brother Benjamin with his brothers, for he thought, ‘Something might happen to him.’
However, Jacob didn’t send Joseph’s brother Benjamin along with his brothers because he thought something bad might happen to him.
except for Binyamin, Yosef’s brother. Ya‘akov did not send him with his brothers, because he was afraid something might happen to him.
But Jacob did not send Joseph's younger brother Benjamin with them; he was afraid that something might happen to him.
But Benjamin, Joseph's brother, Jacob sent not with his brethren; for he said, Lest mischief may befall him.
Whilst Benjamin was kept at home by Jacob, who said to his brethren: Lest perhaps he take any harm in the journey.
Jacob did not send Benjamin. (Benjamin was Joseph’s only full brother.) Jacob was afraid that something bad might happen to Benjamin.
But Jacob did not send his youngest son, Benjamin, with them. Jacob was afraid that something bad might happen to Benjamin.
But Jacob did not send Joseph’s brother Benjamin along with his other brothers, because he said, “Something bad might happen to him.”
But Jacob did not send Benjamin, Joseph's brother, with his brothers, for he feared that harm might happen to him.
But Jacob did not send Benjamin, Joseph's brother, with his brothers, for he feared that harm might happen to him.
But Jacob did not send Benjamin, Joseph’s brother, with them, because he was afraid that ·something terrible [a fatal accident; harm; tragedy] might happen to him.
But Benjamin Joseph’s brother, would not Jacob send with his brethren: for he said, Lest death should befall him.

But Jacob did not send Joseph’s brother Benjamin with his brothers, for he thought, “Something might happen to him.”
But Jacob did not send Benjamin, Joseph’s brother, with them. Jacob was afraid that something terrible might happen to Benjamin.
Jacob would not send Joseph’s brother Benjamin to accompany them, because he was saying, “I’m afraid that he’ll come to some kind of harm.”
But Jacob did not send Benjamin, Joseph’s brother, with his brethren; for he said, Lest peradventure disaster befall him.

However, Jacob wouldn’t let Joseph’s younger brother Benjamin go with them, for fear some harm might happen to him as it had to his brother Joseph.
Ten of Joseph’s brothers went down to Egypt to get food. Jacob didn’t send Joseph’s brother Benjamin with them; he was afraid that something bad might happen to him. So Israel’s sons joined everyone else that was going to Egypt to buy food, for Canaan, too, was hit hard by the famine.
But Jacob did not send Benjamin, Joseph’s brother, with his brothers for he said, “Perhaps some harm might happen to him.”
Jacob wouldn’t send Joseph’s brother Benjamin with the other brothers, because he was afraid that something would happen to him.
But Jacob did not send Joseph’s brother Benjamin with his brothers, for he thought some disaster might befall him.

But Jacob didn’t send Joseph’s brother Benjamin with them. He was afraid Benjamin might be harmed.
But Jacob did not send Benjamin, Joseph’s brother, with the others, because he was afraid that harm might come to him.

and Benjamin was withholden of Jacob at home, that said to his brethren, Lest peradventure in the way he suffer any evil. (but Benjamin was kept at home by Jacob, who said to his sons, Lest he suffer any evil on the way.)
and Benjamin, Joseph's brother, Jacob hath not sent with his brethren, for he said, `Lest mischief meet him.'
