And he discerned him not, because his hands were hairy, as his brother Esau’s hands; so he blessed him.

He could not recognize him [as Jacob], because his hands were hairy like his brother Esau’s hands; so he blessed him.
He could not identify him, because his hands were hairy like his brother Esau’s hands; so he blessed him.

He did not recognize him, because his hands were hairy like those of his brother Esau; so he blessed him.
He did not recognise him, because his hands were hairy like those of his brother Esau; so he blessed him.
Isaac didn’t recognize him because his arms were hairy like Esau’s arms, so he blessed him.
However, he didn’t detect him; because his hands were hairy like his brother ‘Esav’s hands; so he gave him his blessing.
And so Isaac blessed Jacob, thinking he was Esau.
And he did not discern him, because his hands were hairy, as his brother Esau's hands; and he blessed him.
And he knew him not, because his hairy hands made him like to the elder. Then blessing him,
Isaac did not know it was Jacob, because his arms were hairy like Esau’s. So Isaac blessed Jacob.
Isaac did not know that it was Jacob because he could feel the hair on Jacob's hands. They felt like Esau's hands. So Isaac blessed Jacob.
He did not recognize him, because his hands were hairy, like his brother Esau’s hands. That was why he blessed him.
And he did not recognize him, because his hands were hairy like his brother Esau's hands. So he blessed him.
And he did not recognize him, because his hands were hairy like his brother Esau's hands. So he blessed him.
Isaac did not ·know it was [recognize] Jacob, because his hands were hairy like Esau’s hands, so Isaac blessed him.
(For he knew him not, because his hands were rough as his brother Esau’s hands: wherefore he blessed him.)
He didn’t recognize Jacob, because his hands were hairy like his brother Esau’s hands. So he blessed him.
He did not recognize Jacob, because his arms were hairy like Esau's. He was about to give him his blessing,
He did not recognize him, because his hands were hairy like those of his brother Esau; so he blessed him.
Isaac did not know it was Jacob, because his hands were hairy like Esau’s hands. So Isaac blessed Jacob.
He didn’t recognize Jacob, because his hands were hairy like those of his brother Esau, so Isaac blessed him.
And he discerned him not because his hands were hairy, as his brother Esau’s hands; so he blessed him.

(The ruse convinces Isaac and he gives Jacob his blessings):
So Jacob moved close to his father Isaac. Isaac felt him and said, “The voice is Jacob’s voice but the hands are the hands of Esau.” He didn’t recognize him because his hands were hairy, like his brother Esau’s. But as he was about to bless him he pressed him, “You’re sure? You are my son Esau?” “Yes. I am.”
He did not recognize him because his hands were hairy, just like his brother Esau’s hands; so he blessed him.
He didn’t recognize Jacob, because his hands were hairy like his brother Esau’s hands. So he blessed him.
(He failed to identify him because his hands were hairy, like those of his brother Esau; so he blessed him.)
And he did not recognize him, because his hands were hairy like his brother Esau’s hands; so he blessed him.
He did not recognize him, because his hands were hairy like his brother Esau’s hands; so he blessed him.
He did not recognize him, because his arms were hairy like the arms of his brother Esau, and he blessed him.
Isaac did not know it was Jacob, because his hands were hairy like Esau’s hands, so Isaac blessed him.
He did not recognize him because his hands were hairy, like his brother Esau’s hands. So Isaac blessed Jacob.
Isaac didn’t recognize Jacob. Jacob’s hands were covered with hair like those of his brother Esau. So Isaac blessed him.
He did not recognize him, for his hands were hairy like those of his brother Esau; so he proceeded to bless him.
He did not recognise him, for his hands were hairy like those of his brother Esau; so he proceeded to bless him.
And he did not recognize him, because his hands were hairy like his brother Esau’s hands; so he blessed him.
He did not know who he was, because his hands were covered with hair like his brother Esau’s hands. So Isaac prayed that good would come to him.
But he did not recognize Jacob, because Jacob’s hands felt hairy just like Esau’s. So Isaac prepared to bless Jacob.
He did not recognize him, because his hands were hairy like his brother Esau’s hands; so he blessed him.
He did not recognize him, because his hands were hairy like his brother Esau’s hands; so he blessed him.
He did not recognize him, because his hands were hairy like his brother Esau’s hands; so he blessed him.
He did not recognize him because his hands were hairy like his brother Esau’s hands, so he blessed him.
And he discerned him not, for his hands were se’irot, as yedei Esav achiv; so he made a brocha upon him
(For he did not know him because his hands were rough, as his brother Esau’s hands. Therefore, he blessed him.)
And he did not recognize him, because his hands were hairy like his brother Esau’s hands; so he blessed him.
And he did not recognize him, because his hands were hairy like his brother Esau’s hands; so he blessed him.
He did not recognize him because his hands were like the hairy hands of his brother Esau. So he blessed him.
Because of the young goat’s fur on the back of his hands, his father did not recognize him, and so Isaac proceeded to bless Jacob instead of Esau.
He didn’t recognize him, because his hands were hairy, like his brother Esau’s hands. So he blessed him.
And Isaac knew not Jacob, for the hairy hands showed the likeness of the elder son. Therefore Isaac blessed Jacob (And so that is why Isaac would soon bless Jacob),
And he hath not discerned him, for his hands have been hairy, as the hands of Esau his brother, and he blesseth him,
