Those that are near and those that are far from thee shall mock thee, who art infamous and much vexed.

People far and near will make fun of you. You have ruined your name. You are filled with confusion.
The people of countries that are near to you will laugh at you. Those who live far away will also laugh at you. You will no longer receive any honour because your city is full of trouble.
Those nearby and those far away from you will ridicule you, who are notorious for impurity and full of turmoil.
Those who are near and those who are far from you will mock you; your name is defiled; you are full of tumult.
Those who are near and those who are far from you will mock you; your name is defiled; you are full of tumult.
Those near and those far away ·laugh at [mock] you with your ·bad [defiled] name, you city full of ·confusion [turmoil].

Countries nearby and countries far away sneer at you because of your lawlessness.

Near and far they will mock you, a city of infamous rebels.
God’s Message came to me: “Son of man, are you going to judge this bloody city or not? Come now, are you going to judge her? Do it! Face her with all her outrageous obscenities. Tell her, ‘This is what God, the Master, says: You’re a city murderous at the core, just asking for punishment. You’re a city obsessed with no-god idols, making yourself filthy. In all your killing, you’ve piled up guilt. In all your idol-making, you’ve become filthy. You’ve forced a premature end to your existence. I’ll put you on exhibit as the scarecrow of the nations, the world’s worst joke. From far and near they’ll deride you as infamous in filth, notorious for chaos.
Those who are near and those who are far from you shall mock you, you of infamy and much turmoil.
