And he went up and down among the lions; he became a young lion, and learned to catch the prey and devoured men.

‘And he moved among the lions; He became a young lion, He learned to tear the prey; He devoured men.
And he [Jehoiachin] went up and down among the lions; he became a young lion and learned to catch prey, and he devoured men.

He prowled among the lions, and he became a young lion. After he learned to tear prey, he devoured people.

He went on the prowl with the other lions and became a strong young lion. He learned to tear flesh and devour humans;
He prowled among the lions, grew to be a young lion, learned to seize his prey and became a man-eater.
He hunted with other lions and learned to eat people.
And he went up and down among the lions; he became a young lion, and learned to catch the prey; he devoured men.
And he went up and down among the lions, and became a lion: and he learned to catch the prey, and to devour men.
He hunted with the adult lions and became a strong young lion. He learned to catch his food. He killed and ate a man.
He grew to be strong among the other lions. He learned to catch wild animals and to eat them. He also learned to eat people.
He prowled around among the lions, because he too had become a young lion. He learned to tear prey. He even ate humans.
He prowled among the lions; he became a young lion, and he learned to catch prey; he devoured men,
He prowled among the lions; he became a young lion, and he learned to catch prey; he devoured men,
This cub ·roamed [prowled] among the lions. He was now a ·strong [L young] lion. He learned to tear ·the animals he hunted [prey], and he ·ate [devoured] people.
Which went among the lions, and became a lion, and learned to catch the prey, and he devoured men.
He became a young lion, and he prowled among the lions. He learned to tear apart the animals he hunted. He ate people.
When he was full-grown, he prowled with the other lions. He too learned to hunt and eat people.
He prowled among the lions, and he became a young lion. After he learned to tear prey, he devoured people.
This cub roamed among the lions. He was now a strong lion. He learned to tear the animals he hunted. And he ate people.
He prowled around among the lions, became a strong, young lion, and learned to become a hunter-prowler— to eat human beings.
And he went up and down among the lions; he became a young lion and learned to catch the prey and devoured men.
And he went up and down among the lions, he became a young lion, and learned to catch the prey, and devoured men.
And he went up and down among the lions, he became a young lion, and learned to catch the prey, and devoured men.
And he walked about among the lions; He became a young lion; He learned to tear his prey; He devoured men.
And he walked about in the midst of lions; he became a fierce lion, and he learned to tear prey; he ate humans.
He became a leader among the lions and learned to catch prey, and he too became a man-eater.
When the lioness saw she was luckless, that her hope for that cub was gone, She took her other cub and made him a strong young lion. He prowled with the lions, a robust young lion. He learned to hunt. He ate men. He rampaged through their defenses, left their cities in ruins. The country and everyone in it was terrorized by the roars of the lion. The nations got together to hunt him. Everyone joined the hunt. They set out their traps and caught him. They put a wooden collar on him and took him to the king of Babylon. No more would that voice be heard disturbing the peace in the mountains of Israel!
He went up and down among the lions; he became a young lion, and learned to catch the prey, and devoured men.
He became a young lion, and he prowled among the lions. He learned to tear apart the animals he hunted. He ate people.
He prowled among the lions, became a young lion; He learned to tear apart prey, he devoured people.
And he walked about among the lions, He became a young lion; He learned to tear his prey; He devoured people.

He roved among the lions, And became a young lion; He learned to catch prey; He devoured men.

Which went among (the) lions, and was made (like) a (young) lion; and [he] learned to take prey, and to devour men.
And it goeth up and down in the midst of lions, A young lion it hath been, And it learneth to tear prey, man it hath devoured.
