Then you took the beautiful cloth and made clothes for those statues. You took the perfume and incense I gave you and put it in front of those idols.
You put your beautiful clothes on them. You gave them my oil and my incense as an offering.
You took your clothing made of the finest embroidered material and covered the idols, and you set my oil and my incense in front of them.
And you took your embroidered garments to cover them, and set my oil and my incense before them.
And you took your embroidered garments to cover them, and set my oil and my incense before them.
Then you took your ·clothes with beautiful needlework [embroidered clothing] and covered the idols. You gave my oil and incense as an offering to them.
And tookest thy broidered garments, and coveredst them: and thou hast set mine oil and my perfume before them.
You took off your embroidered clothes and covered the idols with them. You offered my olive oil and incense in their presence.
You took the embroidered clothes I gave you and put them on the images, and you offered to the images the olive oil and incense I had given you.
Then you took your embroidered garments to cover them, and set My oil and incense before them.
Then you took your clothes with beautiful needlework and covered the idols. You gave my oil and incense as an offering to them.
You took your embroidered gowns and made clothes to cover them. Then you offered my olive oil and incense to them.
And thou didst take thy garments of many colours and cover them; and thou hast set my oil and my incense before them.

You used the beautifully embroidered clothes I gave you—to cover your idols! And used my oil and incense to worship them!
“‘And then you took all that fine jewelry I gave you, my gold and my silver, and made pornographic images of them for your brothels. You decorated your beds with fashionable silks and cottons, and perfumed them with my aromatic oils and incense. And then you set out the wonderful foods I provided—the fresh breads and fruits, with fine herbs and spices, which were my gifts to you—and you served them as delicacies in your whorehouses. That’s what happened, says God, the Master.
Then you took your embroidered garments and covered them. And you have set My oil and My incense before them.

Furthermore, you took your embroidered clothes to cover these images and set my oil and my incense before them.
Then you took your clothes with beautiful needlework and covered the idols. You gave my oil and incense as an offering to them.
You took your embroidered clothing and used it to cover them; you offered my olive oil and my incense to them.
You put your beautiful clothes on them. You offered my oil and incense to them.

You took your embroidered garments, covered them and placed My oil and My incense before them.
You took the embroidered gown I gave you to clothe your male images. Then you took other gifts I had given to you—oil, incense, bread, fine flour, and honey—and you offered them all as a pleasing aroma to your idols. This is what happened, I, the Eternal Lord proclaim.
You took your embroidered garments, covered them, and set my oil and my incense before them.
And thou tookest thy clothes of many colours, and thou were clothed in those; and thou settedest mine oil and mine incense in the sight of those.
And dost take the garments of thy embroidery, And thou dost cover them, And My oil and My perfume thou hast set before them.
