It was so dark that people could not even see each other, and no one dared to venture out from their houses for three whole days. But all the people of Israel had light where they lived.

and in three days no man saw his brother, neither moved himself from that place in which he was. Wherever the children of Israel dwelled, light was. (and for three days no one saw their brother, nor moved themselves from where they were. But there was light wherever the Israelites were.)
they have not seen one another, and none hath risen from his place three days; and to all the sons of Israel there hath been light in their dwellings.'
