By much slothfulness the building decayeth, and through idleness of the hands the house leaks.
By slothfulness the roof sinketh in; and through idleness of the hands the house leaketh.
Through laziness the rafters [of state affairs] decay and the roof sags, and through idleness [the roof of] the house leaks.
Through indolence the rafters [of state affairs] decay and the roof sinks in, and through idleness of the hands the house leaks.
¶ By much slothfulness the building decayeth; and through idleness of the hands the house droppeth through.
Because of laziness the roof caves in, and because of negligent hands the house leaks.

When the owner is lazy, the roof sags; when hands are idle, the house leaks.
Some people are too lazy to fix a leaky roof— then the house collapses.
By much sloth fulness the framework falleth in; and through idleness of the hands the house drippeth.
By slothfulness a building shall be brought down, and through the weakness of hands, the house shall drop through.
If someone is too lazy to work, their house will begin to leak, and the roof will fall in.
If a man is too lazy to work on his house, its roof will fall down. Rain will make his rooms wet.
Because of laziness, roof beams sag. Because of idle hands, the house leaks.
Through sloth the roof sinks in, and through indolence the house leaks.

If someone is lazy, the roof will begin to ·fall [sag]. If he ·doesn’t fix it [L lowers his hands], the house will leak [Prov. 6:6; 26:16].
By slothfulness the roof of the house goeth to decay, and by the idleness of the hands the house droppeth through.
A roof sags because of laziness. A house leaks because of idle hands.
When you are too lazy to repair your roof, it will leak, and the house will fall in.
Because of laziness the roof caves in, and because of negligent hands the house leaks.
If a person is lazy and doesn’t repair the roof, it will begin to fall. If he refuses to fix it, the house will leak.
Through slothfulness the roof deteriorates, and a house leaks because of idleness.
By much slothfulness the building decays, and through idleness of the hands the rain drips throughout the house.

A shiftless man lives in a tumbledown shack; A lazy woman ends up with a leaky roof.
The roof beams sink in with slothfulness, and with the idleness of one’s hands the house drips.
A roof sags because of laziness. A house leaks because of idle hands.
Because of laziness, the rafters sag; when hands are slack, the house leaks.
Through extreme laziness the rafters sag, and through idleness the house leaks.
Through indolence the rafters sag, and through slackness the house leaks.
Because of your negligence the roof begins to collapse, and when hands remain idle, the house leaks.
If someone is lazy, the roof will begin to fall. If he doesn’t fix it, the house will leak.
Because of laziness the roof caves in, and because of idle hands the house leaks.
When a person won’t work, the roof falls down. Because of hands that aren’t busy, the house leaks.
Through laziness, the rafters sag; because of idle hands, the house leaks.

The highness of houses shall be made low in sloths; and the house shall drop (rain) in the feebleness of hands (and a house shall leak due to feeble, or weak, hands).
By slothfulness is the wall brought low, And by idleness of the hands doth the house drop.
