Neither shall he stand that handleth the bow, and he that is swift of foot shall not deliver himself; neither shall he that rideth the horse deliver himself.

“He who handles the bow will not stand his ground, The one who is swift of foot will not escape, Nor will he who rides the horse save his life [from the invading army].
Neither shall he stand who handles the bow, and he who is swift of foot shall not deliver himself; neither shall he who rides the horse deliver his life.
Neither shall he stand that handleth the bow; and he that is swift of foot shall not deliver himself: neither shall he that rideth the horse deliver himself.
The archer will not stand his ground, the one who is swift of foot will not save himself, and the one riding a horse will not save his life.

Those who shoot the bow won’t survive. Fast runners won’t escape; those who ride horses won’t save themselves.
Archers won’t be able to stand, the fastest runners won’t save themselves, those on horses won’t save themselves.
Even if you are an expert with a bow and arrow, you will retreat. And you won't get away alive, not even if you run fast or ride a horse.
Neither shall he stand that handleth the bow; and the swift of foot shall not escape, and he that rideth the horse shall not deliver his soul;
And he that holdeth the bow shall not stand, and the swift of foot shall not escape, neither shall the rider of the horse save his life.
People with bows and arrows will not survive. Fast runners will not escape. People on horses will not escape alive.
Soldiers who shoot arrows will have to turn back. Fast runners will not save their lives. Soldiers who ride on horses will also die.
The archer will not stand his ground. The swift runner will not save himself, and the horseman will not save his own life.

And the one who takes hold of the bow will not stand and the one who is swift on his feet will not save himself, nor will the one who rides the horse save his life.
The archer’s aim will fail, the swiftest runners won’t be fast enough to flee, and even the best of horsemen can’t outrun the danger then.
“When I go into action, what will you do? There’s no place to run no matter how fast you run. The strength of the strong won’t count. Fighters won’t make it. Skilled archers won’t make it. Fast runners won’t make it. Chariot drivers won’t make it. Even the bravest of all your warriors Won’t make it. He’ll run off for dear life, stripped naked.” God’s Decree.
The bowman will not stand firm, the swift-footed will not escape, nor will the horseman save his life.
Archers will not stand their ground. Fast runners will not be able to escape. Horsemen will not be able to save themselves.

Men who are armed with bows will lose the battle. Soldiers who are quick on their feet will not escape. Horsemen will not be able to save their own lives.
The archer will not stand his ground, the fleet-footed soldier will not get away, and the horseman will not save his life.

And the handler of the bow standeth not, And the swift with his feet delivereth not [himself], And the rider of the horse delivereth not his soul.
