Therefore I will not be negligent to put you always in remembrance of these things, though ye know them and are strengthened in the present truth.
Wherefore I shall be ready always to put you in remembrance of these things, though ye know them, and are established in the truth which is with you.
Therefore, I will always be ready to remind you of these things, even though you already know them and are established in the truth which is held firmly in your grasp.
So I intend always to remind you about these things, although indeed you know them and are firm in the truth that [you] now [hold].
Wherefore I will not be negligent to put you always in remembrance of these things, though ye know them, and be established in the present truth.

You already know these things. You are very strong in the truth you have. But I am always going to help you remember them.

I consider it my duty, as long as I live in the temporary dwelling of this body, to stimulate you by these reminders. I know that I shall have to leave this body at very short notice, as our Lord Jesus Christ made clear to me. Consequently I shall make the most of every opportunity, so that after I am gone you will remember these things.
¶ For this reason, I will not leave off reminding you always of these things, although ye know them and are established in the present truth.

Because the stakes are so high, even though you’re up-to-date on all this truth and practice it inside and out, I’m not going to let up for a minute in calling you to attention before it. This is the post to which I’ve been assigned—keeping you alert with frequent reminders—and I’m sticking to it as long as I live. I know that I’m to die soon; the Master has made that quite clear to me. And so I am especially eager that you have all this down in black and white so that after I die, you’ll have it for ready reference.
