But if our Gospel be hid, it is hid to those who are lost,
And even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled in them that perish:
But even if our gospel is [in some sense] hidden [behind a veil], it is hidden [only] to those who are perishing;
But even if our Gospel (the glad tidings) also be hidden (obscured and covered up with a veil that hinders the knowledge of God), it is hidden [only] to those who are perishing and obscured [only] to those who are spiritually dying and veiled [only] to those who are lost.
But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:
But if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing.
But if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing.
And even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are on the road to destruction.
So if indeed our Good News is veiled, it is veiled only to those in the process of being lost.
If there is anything hidden about our message, it is hidden only to someone who is lost.
But if also our gospel is veiled, it is veiled in those that are lost;
And if indeed our good-news is veiled, it is veiled in the ones perishing,
And if our gospel be also hid, it is hid to them that are lost,
The Good News that we tell people may be hidden, but it is hidden only to those who are lost.
Some people may not understand the good news that we speak. They are only the people who are losing their lives with God.
But even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled among those who are perishing.
And even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing.
And even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled only to those who are perishing.
If the ·Good News [Gospel] that we preach is ·hidden [veiled], it is ·hidden [veiled] only to those who are ·lost [perishing].
If the Gospel be then hid, it is hid to them that are lost.
So if the Good News that we tell others is covered with a veil, it is hidden from those who are dying.
For if the gospel we preach is hidden, it is hidden only from those who are being lost.
But if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing.
The Good News that we preach may be hidden. But it is hidden only to those who are lost.
So if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are dying.
This is the ministry of the new agreement which God in his mercy has given us and nothing can daunt us. We use no hocus-pocus, no clever tricks, no dishonest manipulation of the Word of God. We speak the plain truth and so commend ourselves to every man’s conscience in the sight of God. If our Gospel is “veiled”, the veil must be in the minds of those who are spiritually dying. The spirit of this world has blinded the minds of those who do not believe, and prevents the light of the glorious Gospel of Christ, the image of God, from shining on them. For it is Christ Jesus the Lord whom we preach, not ourselves; we are your servants for his sake. God, who first ordered ‘light to shine in darkness’, has flooded our hearts with his light. We now can enlighten men only because we can give them knowledge of the glory of God, as we see it in the face of Jesus Christ.
But if our gospel is hid, it is hid to those that are lost,
But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:
But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:
And even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing,
But if indeed our gospel is veiled, it is veiled among those who are perishing,
If the Good News we preach is hidden to anyone, it is hidden from the one who is on the road to eternal death.
If our Message is obscure to anyone, it’s not because we’re holding back in any way. No, it’s because these other people are looking or going the wrong way and refuse to give it serious attention. All they have eyes for is the fashionable god of darkness. They think he can give them what they want, and that they won’t have to bother believing a Truth they can’t see. They’re stone-blind to the dayspring brightness of the Message that shines with Christ, who gives us the best picture of God we’ll ever get.
But if our gospel is hidden, it is hidden to those who are lost.
But even if our gospel is veiled, · it is veiled only to those who are perishing,
So if the Good News that we tell others is covered with a veil, it is hidden from those who are dying.
And even though our gospel is veiled, it is veiled for those who are perishing,
And even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing,
And even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing,
If our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing,
If the Good News that we preach is hidden, it is hidden only to those who are lost.
But even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled only to those who are perishing,
Suppose our good news is covered with a veil. Then it is veiled to those who are dying.
And even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing.
And even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing.
But even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing,
If the Good News we preach is hidden, it is hidden to those who are lost in sin.
If the Good News we preach is hidden behind a veil, it is hidden only from people who are perishing.
If our gospel be yet hid, it is hid among those who are lost,
And even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing.
And even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing.
And even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing.
And even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing.
However, if our gospel still remains “veiled,” it is veiled for people who are perishing.
But if indeed our Besuras HaGeulah is nistar (hidden), it is nistar among the ones perishing, [2C 1:18]
If the Gospel is then hidden, it is hidden to those who are lost,
And even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled only to those who are perishing.
And even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled only to those who are perishing.
And even if our Good News is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing.
Now if our gospel remains veiled, it is only veiled from those who are lost and dying,
Even if our Good News is veiled, it is veiled in those who are dying,
If the good news which we tell is not clear to some people, it is because they are lost. They do not believe.
For if also our gospel is covered, or hid, in these that perish it is covered;
and if also our good news is vailed, in those perishing it is vailed,
