Therefore, seeing we have this ministry, as we have received mercy we faint not,

Therefore, since we have this ministry, just as we received mercy [from God, granting us salvation, opportunities, and blessings], we do not get discouraged nor lose our motivation.
Therefore, since we do hold and engage in this ministry by the mercy of God [granting us favor, benefits, opportunities, and especially salvation], we do not get discouraged (spiritless and despondent with fear) or become faint with weariness and exhaustion.
Therefore seeing we have this ministry, as we have received mercy, we faint not;
Therefore, since we have this ministry because we were shown mercy, we do not give up.
Therefore, since we have this ministry because we were shown mercy, we do not give up.
This is why we don’t get discouraged, given that we received this ministry in the same way that we received God’s mercy.
God has shown us such mercy that we do not lose courage as we do the work he has given us.
God has been kind enough to trust us with this work. This is why we never give up.
Therefore, having this ministry, as we have had mercy shewn us, we faint not.
For this reason, having this ministry even-as we received-mercy, we do not lose-heart.
Therefore, seeing we have this ministration, according as we have obtained mercy, we faint not;
God, with his mercy, gave us this work to do, so we don’t give up.
God has given us this work to speak his message. Because he has been so kind to us, we are not afraid to continue.
Therefore, since we have this ministry as a result of the mercy shown us, we are not discouraged.
Therefore, having this ministry by the mercy of God, we do not lose heart.

1 He showeth that he hath so labored in preaching the Gospel, 4 That such are even blinded of Satan, who do not perceive the brightness thereof, 7 that the same is carried in earthen vessels, 10 who are subject to many miseries: 16 and therefore he exhorteth them by his own example to be courageous, 17 and condemn this present life. Therefore, seeing that we have this ministry, as we have received mercy, we faint not:
We don’t become discouraged, since God has given us this ministry through his mercy.
God in his mercy has given us this work to do, and so we do not become discouraged.
Therefore, since we have this ministry because we were shown mercy, we do not give up.
God, with his mercy, gave us this work to do. So we don’t give up.
Therefore, since we have this ministry through the mercy shown to us, we do not get discouraged.
This is the ministry of the new agreement which God in his mercy has given us and nothing can daunt us. We use no hocus-pocus, no clever tricks, no dishonest manipulation of the Word of God. We speak the plain truth and so commend ourselves to every man’s conscience in the sight of God. If our Gospel is “veiled”, the veil must be in the minds of those who are spiritually dying. The spirit of this world has blinded the minds of those who do not believe, and prevents the light of the glorious Gospel of Christ, the image of God, from shining on them. For it is Christ Jesus the Lord whom we preach, not ourselves; we are your servants for his sake. God, who first ordered ‘light to shine in darkness’, has flooded our hearts with his light. We now can enlighten men only because we can give them knowledge of the glory of God, as we see it in the face of Jesus Christ.
¶ Therefore seeing we have this ministry, according to the mercy we have received, we fault not,

Therefore, since we have this ministry, as we received mercy, we do not lose heart,
Because of this, since we have this ministry, just as we have been shown mercy, we do not lose heart,
It is God himself, in his mercy, who has given us this wonderful work of telling his Good News to others, and so we never give up.
Since God has so generously let us in on what he is doing, we’re not about to throw up our hands and walk off the job just because we run into occasional hard times. We refuse to wear masks and play games. We don’t maneuver and manipulate behind the scenes. And we don’t twist God’s Word to suit ourselves. Rather, we keep everything we do and say out in the open, the whole truth on display, so that those who want to can see and judge for themselves in the presence of God.
Therefore, since we have this ministry through the mercy we have received, we do not lose heart.

Through God’s loving-kindness, He has given us this job to do. So we do not give up.

Therefore we that have this administration [Therefore we having this administration, or office], after this that we have gotten mercy, fail we not,
Because of this, having this ministration, according as we did receive kindness, we do not faint,
