And in the time of his distress he trespassed yet more against the Lord: this is that King Ahaz.
And in the time of his distress did he trespass yet more against Jehovah, this same king Ahaz.
In the time of his distress, this same King Ahaz became yet more unfaithful to the Lord.
In the time of his distress he became still more unfaithful to the Lord—this same King Ahaz.
¶ And in the time of his distress did he trespass yet more against the Lord: this is that king Ahaz.
At the time of his distress, King Ahaz himself became more unfaithful to the Lord.
At the time of his distress, King Ahaz himself became more unfaithful to the Lord.
It was during this troubled time that King Ahaz became even more unfaithful to the Lord
During his time of distress this same King Achaz added to his treachery against Adonai
Even after all these terrible things happened to Ahaz, he sinned against the Lord even worse than before.
And in the time of his trouble he transgressed yet more against Jehovah, this king Ahaz.
Moreover also in the time of his distress he increased contempt against the Lord: king Achaz himself by himself,
In Ahaz’s troubles, he sinned worse and became more unfaithful to the Lord.
During this time of trouble, King Ahaz did even more bad things against the Lord.
In the time of his distress King Ahaz became even more unfaithful to the Lord. That was the way he was.
In the time of his distress he became yet more faithless to the Lord—this same King Ahaz.
In the time of his distress he became yet more faithless to the Lord—this same King Ahaz.
During Ahaz’s ·troubles [L time of distress] he was even more unfaithful to the Lord.
And in the time of his tribulation did he yet trespass more against the Lord, (this is king Ahaz)
When he had this trouble, King Ahaz became more unfaithful to the Lord.
When his troubles were at their worst, that man Ahaz sinned against the Lord more than ever.
At the time of his distress, King Ahaz himself became more unfaithful to the Lord.
In Ahaz’s troubles he was even more unfaithful to the Lord.
In the midst of his troubles, King Ahaz became more and more unfaithful to the Lord.
Furthermore, king Ahaz in the time of his distress trespassed even more against the LORD,
And in the time of his distress did he trespass yet more against the Lord: this is that king Ahaz.
And in the time of his distress did he trespass yet more against the Lord: this is that king Ahaz.
Now in the time of his distress this same King Ahaz became yet more unfaithful to Yahweh.
And in the time of his distress, King Ahaz continued to act unfaithfully against Yahweh.
In this time of deep trial, King Ahaz collapsed spiritually.
But King Ahaz didn’t learn his lesson—at the very time that everyone was turning against him, he continued to be against God! He offered sacrifices to the gods of Damascus. He had just been defeated by Damascus; he thought, “If I worship the gods who helped Damascus, those gods just might help me, too.” But things only went from bad to worse: first Ahaz in ruins and then the country. He cleaned out The Temple of God of everything useful and valuable, boarded up the doors of The Temple, and then went out and set up pagan shrines for his own use all over Jerusalem. And not only in Jerusalem, but all over Judah—neighborhood shrines for worshiping any and every god on sale. And was God ever angry!
And at the time that he was oppressed he increased in unfaithfulness against the Lord.
When he had this trouble, King Ahaz became more unfaithful to Yahweh.
While he was already in distress, the same King Ahaz increased his treachery to the Lord.
Now during the time of his distress, this same King Ahaz became even more unfaithful to the Lord.
Now in the time of his distress this same King Ahaz became yet more unfaithful to the Lord.
During this period of distress, King Ahaz became even more unfaithful to the Lord.
During Ahaz’s troubles he was even more unfaithful to the Lord.
During his time of trouble King Ahaz was even more unfaithful to the Lord.
When King Ahaz was in trouble, he became even more unfaithful to the Lord.
In his time of trouble King Ahaz became even more unfaithful to the Lord.
In his time of trouble King Ahaz became even more unfaithful to the Lord.
Now in the time of his distress King Ahaz became increasingly unfaithful to the Lord. This is that King Ahaz.
In the time of his trouble, this same King Ahaz became even less faithful to the Lord.
Even during this time of trouble, King Ahaz continued to reject the Lord.
In the time of his distress he became yet more faithless to the Lord—this same King Ahaz.
In the time of his distress he became yet more faithless to the Lord—this same King Ahaz.
In the time of his distress he became yet more faithless to the Lord—this same King Ahaz.
In the time of his distress he became yet more faithless to the Lord—this same King Ahaz.
And in the time of his distress he did act even more unfaithfully against Hashem. This is that Melech Achaz.
And in the time of his tribulation, he trespassed even more against the LORD (this is King Ahaz).
In the time of his distress he became yet more faithless to the Lord—this same King Ahaz.
In the time of his distress he became yet more faithless to the Lord—this same King Ahaz.
In his time of distress, this same King Ahaz acted even more unfaithfully to Adonai.
During these disasters, King Ahaz did not return to the Eternal. Instead he persisted in his unfaithfulness
In the time of his distress, he trespassed yet more against Yahweh, this same King Ahaz.
Furthermore also in the time of his anguish he increased despite against God; that king Ahaz, himself, (And furthermore in the time of his anguish he increased his defiance against God; for King Ahaz, himself,)
And in the time of his distress -- he addeth to trespass against Jehovah, (this king Ahaz),
