What God has said and your prayer will make it fit to eat.
for it is sanctified by God's word and freely addressing [him].

Everything he created is made holy by what he has said and by prayer.
God has said that it is good. We should pray that he will bless it. Because of that, it becomes good and clean for us to eat.

These men forbid marriage, command abstinence from food—good things which, in fact, God intends to be thankfully enjoyed by those who believe in him and know the truth. Everything God made is good, and is meant to be gratefully used, not despised. The holiness or otherwise of a certain food, for instance, depends not on its nature but on whether it is eaten thankfully or not, It is consecrated by the man who has accepted the message, and thanks God for food.

and if we ask God to bless it, for it is made good by the Word of God and prayer.
The Spirit makes it clear that as time goes on, some are going to give up on the faith and chase after demonic illusions put forth by professional liars. These liars have lied so well and for so long that they’ve lost their capacity for truth. They will tell you not to get married. They’ll tell you not to eat this or that food—perfectly good food God created to be eaten heartily and with thanksgiving by believers who know better! Everything God created is good, and to be received with thanks. Nothing is to be sneered at and thrown out. God’s Word and our prayers make every item in creation holy.
for it is sanctified by the word of God and prayer.

for by God’s word and prayer, it is made holy.
For it is sanctified through the word of God and prayer.
God's word and asking him to bless the food makes it good for people to eat.
for it is hallowed by the word of God, and by prayer. [forsooth it is hallowed by the word of God, and prayer.]
